  • The building looks really cool from the outside with the globe, because we thought we need to see this! It is not so convincing then really. Many local businesses, but everything really expensive... The perverse statues are the worst, as emerging female genitals, really Kinky...

  • This Mall has an interesting situation just around the corner where the Central Park South and Broadway. There is essentially (quite expensive) brands stores, excellent restaurant Landmarc, but also in the basement one large enough sales area of food of any kind, from all sources and quality, with stalls of prepared dishes including fresh have nothing to envy of buffets of restaurants. As we have made a few purchases we have experienced their very studied system of dispatching to unions that allows to process the output of a maximum of clients in a minimum of space. Never seen elsewhere and very effective with the disciplined customers are New Yorkers. It is certainly a place I would go often if I lived in this city.

  • Big mall smack across from Columbus Circle/Central Park with upscale stores and a (always-busy) Whole Foods market that has a sushi bar and hot food. Other stores include a Michael Kors and Coach. Great for window-shopping.
  • False Advertisement, Deceptive Practices, Poor Customer Service, Inadequate technicians. I order Time Warner on or around Feb10, 2016. They charged me a month service in advance and a $50.00 deposit before they would schedule the install. The install was a joke. They did nothing. When they left the only working service I had was internet. However, their system did not recognize me because the Tech input the wrong info. Eventually a "senior" tech came out and re-installed the TV and the whole service. My telephones never did work. I cancelled using the 30 day guarantee which they did not honor. They informed me twice that my refund could only be process via check and US mail. Although I tried to demand a refund back to my debit card. The check never came and I visited the local office on Leo Street in Dayton. The agent could find no information in my account records confirming a guarantee refund was do. Neither did she have records of a deposit refund. Finally after demanding and refusing to be allowed to speak with a supervisor the Clerk said she had spoken to her supervisor and a refund would be issued. She apologized again stating the refund had to be issued via check and mail. I told her I knew they were just lying as they have been since I became involved with them. I filed a dispute with the BBB,The FCC, The FTC and I will continue to do so until Time Warner sends me a Check for the money I paid for no service. This is absolutely the worst company I have every had the misfortune to deal with. Run don't walk!
  • Love this place. It has so many great stores and restaurants. A great place in New York to grab a bite to eat with a gorgeous view of Central Park
  • It's one of my favorite people watching spot in town. Great view out the Columbus circle and clean bathroom, nice selection of retail stores and a Whole Foods at the lower level.
  • Personal visit to return equipment and three reminder letters to have them disconnect TV and internet services on Dec 14, 2015. It is 4 months later and I am still getting bills sent to me. I would tell you to move to another ISP like it did, but they all use the same TWC play book. Hut, hut, inept!
