  • ​Lots of dazzling items housed in a prime spot near Central Park. Free cleaning of previously bought jewelry, with hot drinks being served while you wait. Customer service is rather inconsistent. The younger employees tend to be warm, helpful, and patient, while some of the older ones have a condescending air about them. One just walked away after showing us a particular piece, probably thinking that we won't make a purchase. Contrast this with one younger staff who not only showed us several pieces, but also provided great tips and suggestions, especially on proper care of jewelry. Seeing as we have previously bought an item, she also directed us to the free cleaning service. She also did not leave us until we are done with our purchase.
  • I have been in New York for the last five days. A few days ago I bought a Tiffany's bracelet - unfortunately two days later I lost it. I rang everywhere I had been that day to see if anyone had returned it and unfortunately no-one had. I went to Tiffany's on 5th Avenue to see if anyone had returned it to them - again nobody had returned it. I was told to go to the 6th floor. I relayed my story to Josephine at the desk and she was awesome. We went and sat down in the lounge and were treated to tea/coffee/water. She came up moments later and said that they will replace the bracelet. I also got a safety bar added to the bracelet and my old Tiffany's necklace polished. I am so grateful to both Josephine and Anne at the 5th Avenue store - you were both amazing and I am very thankful to have a new bracelet to replace my lost one. Should you be reading this, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart...
  • Best Tiffany's I ever visited. The store is huge and is on 4 /5 levels. The affordable items i.e the silver were on a floor of its own. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Huge range of products and I made a purchase and really enjoyed the whole shopping experience.
  • Poor to the extreme rude staff....as soon as I said what my budget was and what I had been looking at on the website I was directed by a flip of the hand to " over there " and the ring you are looking for is far too delicate... having travelled from the UK to spend money given to me by friends and relatives for a significant birthday disappointment does not even come close!!! Customer focus and experience seriously lacking!!
  • The most stunning and beautiful jewelry I have ever seen. Not that I could ever afford it but the staff treated me as if I was there best customer. Thank you.
