Gift & Specialty Shop Shopping
Admire glamorous jewelry and pick up something extra special at Tiffany & Co.. The iconic one-stop shop for luxury accessories is most noted for its diamonds. In fact, a gemologist from the company played an important role in creating the metric carat as the standard weight measurement for gemstones. Be sure to admire the glittering window displays before you enter. In the film "Breakfast at Tiffany's," Holly Golightly, played by Audrey Hepburn, had a habit of visiting the window displays with a pastry in hand. • Always helpful and happy with purchase. I sent a bracelet over through customer service and got it cleaned well with extra pouches. Found some scratches on my ring but the staff handled it very professionally.
  • This has got to be one of the most beautiful jewelry store in NY city. I have been shopping here for over 10 years and always enjoy my experience whether I buy something or not. Sales force not to pushy and very willing to help. Definitely a rarity nowadays.
  • This store is so hard to get into with the security around there for trumps building. It may be easier to go down to the financial district store than even bother with this one. Staff is also overwhelmed with customers
  • It's fabulous, of course, it's Tiffany's! If you are serious about a purchase you need to ask for a personal shopper, otherwise the service is horrendous (applies to the wedding/engagement floor). I'm giving 4 stars because our personal shopper was great and very patient while our visit when we stopped in at a time she wasn't available almost made me never come back. We were completely ignored, the security gaurd had to help us get the attention of the 3 staff members behind the counter that refused to acknowledge us and when we finally spoke to one of them they were arrogant and totally dismissive (This is after my fiance had already bought my engagement ring at the store). If we had just stuck to our personal shopper I'd give 5 stars without hesitation.
  • I love Tiffany's. I've been a customer for more than 10 years. They have always taken care of me. And going to the flagship store has been my best Tiffany's experience ever. They could care of me more than I could have ever imagined. I would give them 5 stars but then that shows no room to grow.
