  • What heat credit cards, everything is overpriced. However the external windows are filled with prettiest automatons than the other.

  • We have lived around the corner and we looked at the great Christmas decorations with light show and music a great and free (!) Experience. The store itself is comparatively small and fine. I would want to buy only noble brand, but Chanel in a department store. The sale is worth, but here nothing is left from the exclusive spirit. Similar to like at Century 21 garments are strung tight, nicely sorted by designers. The shoe Department is certainly very nice, but impressive, I find macys. If you are in the area or no must Lake has an alternative else afraid of the saleswomen in the brand boutiques.

  • Wow, wow and wow. What a great display. If you are in NYC over Christmas you have to visit 5th Ave and watch the light show on front of the department store. It will really get you into a festive spir...  more »

  • I am a lover of getting a great deal and saks off 5th is perfect for that! They have an endless selection of designer goods at great prices, the best time to go is when they have their buy 1--et 2 sale..They do it really cheap on clearance items which makes the prices just right. Service is great, sign up for their card to save even more, one of my favorite places to shop
  • They lost my wedding dress. I bought a beautiful dress for my wedding and had it altered. I was so happy! They said they would call and email when it was ready for pickup. No one ever called me so I called them. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and they couldn't seem to locate my dress but said it should be ready for pickup. I went to pick it up and the floor where it was supposed to be was closed for construction, and everything had been moved. I spoke with several people who all seemed confused about where I should look. When I finally found someone who could help me they looked for 30 minutes but couldn't find the dress. They offered a refund and everyone was very nice, but it seems like upper management probably needs to invest in better operational systems, software, and people. I don't understand how a dress with a tracking number gets lost by a salesperson with a tracking number, and none of the employees can solve the problem.
  • Thousands of amazing products. A higher level and greater quality than Macys. Online you can get better discounts but customer service is great. I did not have any problems except once I ordered a fancy shoes online with a matching belt but the i received the belt while I got an email 5 days later that the shoes is not available anymore.
  • This is the place to go for shopping for high end clothing. It even has a cafe on the tenth floor. While the things sold there are expensive, they are reasonably priced for what the product is. Fabulous store.
  • Luxurious iconic store located on the most famous avenue in Manhattan. I'm always inspired by the architecture of this building. A big selection of international luxurious brands.
