  • If you start at the north end of NYC, walk right down Riverside drive, there are lots of small interesting parks, culminating in this one. People here are very proud of their parks, and it shows.  more »

  • Played flag football here. Not a bad location for group events.
  • This is a great park with a lot of offerings that many people in NYC may not know about. There's an olympic size pool, ice/roller rink, a great views to name a few things, and I always have a great time when I come here. The pool's locker rooms are large and well maintained, and the ice skating rink is fun and rarely ever crowded. There's also some basketball courts and a rec center.
  • Hidden NYC gem. Mentioning this park may elicit a "huh?" from New Yorkers unfamiliar with the area, but this is a spot not to be missed. There is Olympic-sized pool, basketball courts, ice/roller rink, recreational center, and more. Head uptown for an escape from the city and enjoy the views of the Hudson. If you've been looking for a place to go skating sans tourists, this is it.
  • This place is a sweet piece of heaven. One of the best places to relax and read a good book under the sun
  • Great place for family fun and group activities
