  • Ok, first things first, the view are great. Also everyone is friendly and staffing is over the top. But it is also very expensive and the value is simply not there. So I booked the tickets online and ...  more »
  • Yes the views are spectacular! The window reflections can make it challenging to take photos, especially at night. But it's warm (or cool, depending on the season) and not windy the way the Empire Sta...  more »

  • Had a lot of fun here! Once you get to the top of the tower, you're welcome to stay as long as you like. There's a gift shop and a restaurant up there, but they're too pricey to be worth it when there's tons of amazing pizza places right below. The way they reveal the view is such an amazing experience. I don't want to give it away because it was such a spectacular idea, but it was AMAZING! A must-see if you're in the city.
  • Best observatory in NY. If you only want to visit one, this is the best pick by far. I visited during the day, and while it was busy, it was easy to navigate and squeeze in to get the shots you wanted. The glass does produce some reflections, so you might have to get creative with camera angles to avoid them. At night this might be more of a problem.
  • Fantastic views of NYC. The whole upper floor was well laid out. Great staff....One glitch perhaps for some...Two bottles of beer will cost you a little over $32.00 US....That needs to be reduced...! That was my only gripe. Other than that, (Five Star)
  • I'm in love with this place! The view is unbelievable! You can see all the city and New Jersey too. Journey in the elevator is incredible too. Video panels inside the elevator looks like the walls are transparent and you're flying. Everything is made to impress you as more as possible. And cafe on the top has a nice prices, that was surprising for me. We ordered cakes, so delicious! Strongly recommend this place. Must see
  • A fantastic experience from the time you get in line to the moment you leave down the amazing elevators. More than just a view, a complete New York experience. The cocktail bar is expensive, but the service is good and we enjoyed sipping whilst watching the sunset. Well worth the money. It's not a toss up between the top of the rock, empire state and this - they are all unique experiences.
