  • I'm Archana from Brooklyn on foot. Hundreds from all over the world at this time also had the idea. Caution, there are also cyclists. A wonderful view on the liberty is guaranteed! Worth.

  • With its 2,089 m long, the Manhattan Bridge is a good thing for a walk, both for those who go to Brooklyn, both for those who back, and of course the view is wonderful.

  • Beyond that the bridge is architecturally beautiful, the best thing is to see the city from the bridge, I have day and night. We went on a night tour and crossed to Brooklyn. It is amazing how is seen the city lights and you can see the bridge of Brooklyn also we passed below during the day on a cruise ship and everything looks beautiful.

  • The most underrated bridge in NYC with some of the best views. I love running across the Manhattan Bridge and looking down at the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. Graffiti makes the bridge colorful as well. It gets loud with the trains running by but who needs talking, just keep going:).
  • Except the fence takes a view of the beauty of Brooklin and Manhattan... the city should remove it.... if someone is going to jump is gonna jump the same.
  • The best biking and walking path that is not crowded. There are two separate paths on opposite sides of the bridge for walking and biking which is nice. The walking side provides a beautiful view of lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn bridge. The biking path has a view of midtown Manhattan. The only negative is the train traffic is at walking path level.
  • One of the excursions I love while in New York was to spend a day in Brooklyn. As you walk down from the subway station towards the East River bank, you’ll glimpse upon this view of the Manhattan Bridge. It’s on of the oldest suspension bridge in the world, and connects lower manhattan to Brooklyn. This view from Washington Street is probably the most photographed spot capturing it’s beauty.
  • 😎📸👍‼️‼️The total length of the bridge is just a little more than 1 mile, so it doesn’t take long to walk across, even if you’re stopping often for photos. The protective fence dogs your steps the whole way, but in a few spots people have cut it and pulled it apart so you can take a photo of the view more easily. You come out in Manhattan right in Chinatown. In fact, as the bridge goes over the neighborhood, you’ll start to smell delicious things wafting up to the bridge. The grittiness of Chinatown is visible in all its glory from this vantage point—something we’d seen from the train many times but had never been able to capture.
