  • Horrible wait times to cross the bridge, long lines, poor maintenance and continual construction problems make the GBW a nightmare to travel at peak and weekend travel periods.

  • Beautiful and impressive bridge connecting Fort Lee and the northern part of Manhattan, more precisely in the Bronx. Has a toll salgado de 15 dollars and a lot of traffic, always!

  • The bridge is pretty and being able to walk/bike along it is nice but there is traffic very often and the toll is outrageously expensive.
  • Great for walking. Biking can get a bit uncomfortable as the path is shared with the pedals and narrows A LOT. To get to the bridge from the Manhattan side is a pain in the neck -- signs are very confusing and the path up the bridge is no narrow it is horrifying. This is the only way to get to the beautiful park in Ft Lee, so it's well worth the trouble. Great views of the river too!
  • tried walking across, but it turned out to be too windy, noisy and high up for my teen... not for the faint of heart, because the traffic noise can be disturbing. beautiful views though - worth checking out
  • Jogger and biker paradise, just don't get in their way or get curses and yells fired in your direction. Great if you want to kill 20 minutes walking from New York to New Jersey or vice versa.
  • Great bridge for a scenic walk from Manhattan to New Jersey. Manhattan entrance is around 177th Street. Definitely a great view
