  • Flightclub is a premium sneakershop for all kind of heat you would not find at an average retailer. Consignment is the secret for that and so you could expect to find many ltd editions, hyperstrikes a...  read more »
  • On my trip to New York drop me by this store looking for the More Umpempo Air in black which were in stores at $ 160 but couldn't find size. Here those I found to $250 release-2016 bone a theft. I understand that the exclusive and ancient models are expensive. But the sportsgear from this year are $ 90 more expensive than in the rest of the shops. No volvere never. On the last day of my trip I found size and buy the uptempo black $ 160 in a footlocker.

  • If you are a sneaker head then this is nirvana. shoes all shrink wrapped and you have to ask about prices as none listed. Incredible selection. You can go and buy logo clothes as well. I found staff t...  read more »
  • If you're selling then you can open an acct online and follow directions, they take 20%. If you're buying, they have a large markup but that should be expected. The best part of Flight Club is knowing that they will have the pair of shoes you are looking for, no doubt they are stocked. It is also a great store to just walk around in if you're a fan of sneakers. Definitely lots of great inventory as eye candy.
  • Rude shop assistants. Waited an age to be then told they didn't have my size. No apology. The guys at the counter seemed more interested in chatting and joking with each other than serving customers. Will not be going back. Bought shoes elsewhere. Recommend you do too. These guys don't seem interested in your custom. You are taken for granted.
  • The worse customer service in the business. You are unable to speak with anyone on the toll free number. They puckup and immediately put you on hold with no intention on returning to the phone. I can understand how some stores are busy but in the case I know its not true. The worse part us I even called while in the store and nobody answered the phone. Employees chatting amongst themselves, i guess businees must be great to the point where customer service doesnt even matter. Please dont get me started with the email service, they still havent even replied to that when it states give 48hrs.
  • Cool shoe store selling some of rarest Nikes around. Great to check out if you're a sneaker head. Shoes are going to run from the $200 range into the thousands. It's as much a museum as it is a retail establishment.
  • Have a lot of different and rare types of shoes but, the staff is very snobby and you have to be ready to wait atleast half an hour for them to bring you your shoes. I went with my dad who knows nothing about shoes, so he finds a pair he likes and we wait about half an hour for this idiot who has the easiest job in the world to bring out his shoes. So my dad tries them on and he likes them. We go to pay and this cashier guy is being all unnecessarily snotty with my dad because he doesn't know what type of shoes he's buying. Anyways, I don't think the people who work there understand they work in a SHOE store. I will not be going back because the staff acts like they are to " godly ".
