  • This store feels like you have been dropped onto the set of Willie Wonka and it is fun and colorful with a wonderful choice of candy. We went to try and have an ice cream upstairs and were met by a ve...  more »

  • It seems like no coincidence that Dylan's opened blocks away from the dessert Haven Serendipity's which closed recently due to health violations. Dylan's is a perfect substitute. Of course Dylan's can't compare to the foot long hot dogs and gargantuan sundaes, but it does offer a wide array of delicious fudge and a variety of ice cream. I was so overwhelmed by the selection, that I could barely make a choice. The only drawback to eating here, is how crowded it gets. I had to wait a considerable amount of time to find one of the little tables to sit at before I could enjoy my dessert. The atmosphere is, however, generally bright and cheery. Dylan's is a great place to savor sweet delicacies--for both adults and children alike.
  • This place is fun. In an age where candy shops are going the way of bookstores, this place is pretty cool. It's three floors, including and ice cream area and party room on top, regular candies on the first floor, and a basement with fudge and other goodies. Lots of selections from the candies I used to love in the 90s. I got the cake batter popcorn. Soooo good. Prices are a little high, but this is prime location. Still worth checking out.
  • The owners have done a fabulous job at decorating the shop! It looks fantastic! I was a little bummed about the steep prices but I do understand that they have to make money somehow between being in New York City and decorating a perfect 10 establishment. It's not just candy but the store does offer mostly just candy and candy themed items. I loved my visit! I took lots of pictures :)
  • Cute 3 story candy store. Love the traditional fill a paint can stations with candy. The upstairs has a restaurant with a very unique and interesting candy inspired menu. The bottom floor had mostly merchandise you could buy along with a cool personalization station where you can get your name printed on a lot of the store items like candy bars and trinkets. Love all their unique flavored candy bars like bacon flavor and birthday cake and red velvet
  • Dylan's Candy Bar is a fun place to bring anyone and if you're searching something to savor your sweet tooth into in such a crazy, big city. With so many varieties of sweets varying to drinks, chocolates, hard candies, and to jelly candies! If you want to search for an unique candy bar and a great, loving, colorful atmosphere, go here.
