We went to the Star Wars exhibit. As a massive fan this was a great experience but only took about 30 minutes. If it wasn't included in a multi-attraction pass it would be very expensive for what you ... read more »
We came here to get out of the heat for a few hours and I so glad we did! We saw the Star Wars Exhibition and it was breath taking. The costumes were amazing and displayed very well. There was costume... read more »
The Star Wars costume exhibit was incredible, and really gave scope into the complexity and creation of the costumes from films 1-7. Definitely recommend going 10/10
I had a very interesting afternoon here -- I spent several hours reading every bit of information that I could about Vikings! The exhibit was very informative and intriguing. I wish that you could go to the restroom halfway through the exhibit, because if you read everything in the exhibit you will have to rush yourself at some point to go out to the main area where the restroom is (and there's no re-entry to the exhibit. ): At first I thought it was unreasonable to charge separate admission for each exhibit, but after realizing how in-depth each exhibit is, I was happy just to spend 3 hours in the Viking one.
They make you check your back packs even if you don't want too like your going to steal something in there little exhibitions. They have a bunch of ass holes working here that don't want to be there. On the way in there was a girl in the front that asked me if I had tickets and I said yes and half way up the stairs she asked me to see my tickets and I turned around and showed them to her last time I came they just asked me if I had tickets and told me where to go this lady was harassing me. Then near the body exhibition there was a heavy set girl working at the Body World exhibition that was very nasty and she told my mom and I that we had to check our bags and my mom had to check her Chewbacca backpack and called security on us. The lady in the bag check said you have to check back packs that have two straps and I said I only have one strap and my bag is a mono sling laptop bag and Last time when we seen Star Wars power of the costume we walked through with these same bags. When security arrived he said there's no bags allowed and who ever was working that day wasn't doing their job. My mom and I felt like leaving at that point and told them we would put this out on Google and I also told them they lost a costumers with all there advertisements outside that I seen on the way there for nothing that there going to lose customers. We couldn't carry our back packs but had to check our bags that were holding our things and had to trade them in for cheap plastic bags. We took out our wallets, laptop, iPad, iPods, two cameras, lipstick, our phones and keys and the lady behind the counter give us a plastic bag to hold our items which we had to hold in our hand through the whole exhibition because the plastic bags would of broke holding them by there handles or ripped and dropped all our valuable possessions. We were already upset by this time and tried to not let it ruin our time but it almost did we had to try to shake our upset feeling when we entered but I will never came back here again. Never. We then went to the big lady that was scanning tickets that called security on us and she didn't even want to show us the doorway for the exhibit she said just go down and make a right and we went a little to far down because the sign up was misleading and she had to yell for use to come back a little distance then make a right. That lady had a look on her face and attitude like she didn't want to be there. All the people in this place are nasty and have an attitude and vibe like they don't want to be there. In the little make shift gift shop there were only accepting credit cards and no cash and they only had Skeleton shirts, CDs and a skeleton key chain to buy. If you come here bring a good camera that takes pictures in very low lit areas and they don't allow you to video tape. If you bring a bag prepared to be harassed by there nasty workers to put you bag in bag check and call security on you immediately.
Saw the Start Wars exhibit...I would highly recommend it, even if casually interested. It was a great time for the whole family: mom, dad, 9 yr old girl, and 6 yr old boy. Everyone enjoyed the show!
Wonderful star wars exhibition on when we were there. As a fan I loved it very nostalgic and even my partner who is not so into it found it really interesting. A great rainy day activity.
I am a huge Star Wars fan and as such I believe the exhibit itself is outstanding. Learning the history of the costume as it relates to particular scenes or Star Wars eras is a truly powerful experience. However, the customer service in the museum leaves much to be desired. I've been to the exhibit a couple times prior and have never had a problem until my visit on Sunday May 29th, 2016. Apparently the issue was with my handbag, which I've carried with me on all of my other visits but was suddenly now a cause for a scene (as proven by the fact that security was called). Overall the situation should have been handled in a more professional manner the two female employees who escalated the matter were rude and security was useless. It was no way to treat a repeat customer due to their inabilities to decipher what a purse is and what its functions are. I would also like to state for the record that one of the first staff members to check us in clearly stated "that's her satchel it's fine." It was only made an issue by the two random girls who clearly took issue with me personally. Overall this completely ruined the Star Wars experience for me and had it not been for the no refund policy I would have left right then. They had definitely lost my business permanently.
