  • In a Little Italy now only for tourists (the Chinese invade all nearby areas) this store really offers Italian foods. Just try a sandwich with mortadella or ham ... Italian owners, products (great) Italian. Prices of course New Yorkers.

  • Little Italy we didn't to anything, a place in complete decay where Italian remained only the name is. Many Italian products, niche is quality. We also found the mortadella, much to the delight of our daughter who ate a sandwich stuffed with fresh sliced mortadella. Great location to find Italian products in the Big Apple.

  • At the end of October I was in New York and visiting Little Italy I came across this shop/deli. To my amazement I found many products in my city, Parma. They were all products of quality and although we want niche, from Parmigiano Reggiano 24 months, ham sausage factory "Gallons", salami di Felino. Were exposed and hung inside the venue. Curiosity took a raw sandwich and I must say it was really like us Paige got used ... very good! A deli that offers regional products of excellent quality! Recommended

  • This is truly the best purveyor of fine Italian cheese & cured meats in New York. The owner & staff are pleasant, patient and offer tastes of all cheese & meats. The owner even remembered by husband, Mario, who hadn't been in the store in at least 25 years. Wonderful experience, I can't wait for our next trip to NY, we will definitely make Di Palo's one of our stops. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
  • Fresh mozzarella was incredible. Good selection of nice cheeses and cured meats. Friendly staff willing to offer tastes and opinions.
  • This place is famous for their cheeses and cured meats. The cheese they carry are the highest quality you can buy. I recommend get their fresh mozzarella and the fresh ricotta, so delicious, melt in your mouth. If you do buy the mozzarella I suggest putting a little sea salt and olive oil, it wakes up the mozzarella. Overall great stuff they selling.
  • I've been waiting for 40min in the line. It was no so many people standing before me. Then they skip my number. I was so tired after work, so I just left. Hope next time I'll have a chance to try that products I wanted to buy
  • Such an important place in NYC. Although expect to be there for a stretch of time between the tourists & foodies looking for that hard to find item. This deli is like a library. You can learn something new every time you visit. The staff take their time & now their stuff like no other place. The quality of everything they sell is outstanding.
