  • Italy food shop located between Chinatown and little Italy. Compared to the EATALY location and was quiet, but the beaches alongside delicious ingredients. Ham and cheese are very good.

  • Such an amazing shop and such lovely food. You can ask for a sandwich to be made with anything; it is a great alternative for all the premade things around. We had a baguette with half red pepper sala...  read more »
  • OMG, after living 7 years in a place where I can't find a decent ham (never mind salami, pancetta, sopraceta or ANY cheese) I was inebriated with sense of smell. The 100% Italian staff was attentive, ...  read more »
  • This place is famous for their cheeses and cured meats. The cheese they carry are the highest quality you can buy. I recommend get their fresh mozzarella and the fresh ricotta, so delicious, melt in your mouth. If you do buy the mozzarella I suggest putting a little sea salt and olive oil, it wakes up the mozzarella. Overall great stuff they selling.
  • Such an important place in NYC. Although expect to be there for a stretch of time between the tourists & foodies looking for that hard to find item. This deli is like a library. You can learn something new every time you visit. The staff take their time & now their stuff like no other place. The quality of everything they sell is outstanding.
  • Great place for fancy cheeses and cured meats. I had gone for the porchetta sandwich but it was too early.
  • An Institution. A mecca for superb products. Best for your experience if you can go other than peak hours because it does get busy but worth any moments you have to wait. Before I go to my desert island, I'll shop here first.
  • My grandmother and Louie have been friends for years, and he and his brother were always helpful every time I came into the store. Even though they've transitioned from a neighborhood cheese chop to an artisanal Italian fromagerie, they've still kept their charm.
