  • Great driving range covered from the elements. Wish they had other amenities such as serving food and drinks while you play.
  • To start of Chelsea Piers is extremely huge. There are different activities and sports to choose from. I specially love the Bowling alley they have there. Its very bright and immense. I love how the p...  read more »
  • There on business. Took a cab to get there and a cab out. So easy to maneuver. The only facilities I visited were the conference rooms we were in. Everything was clean. Food was excellent. Nice place ...  read more »
  • I enjoy this bowling alley. The food and drinks are great, I've never been dissatisfied with an order. Bowling is fun, although I wish they had lighter balls for small people like me. It's way overpriced though, and once my entire group got kicked out mid game because we had one person with a baseball cap on. Wouldn't have been so bothered if they had said something earlier, like when we walked in, or if we had seen them speak to anyone else with a cap (of which there were many). We ended up feeling kinda singled out over that one. We didn't get refunded for the game we couldn't finish either, which kinda sucked, since we had already spent about $25-$30 per person just on the first game and drinks. Oh well. Don't let anyone in your group wear a hat, I guess.
  • The customer service at Laser Tag was unprofessional. Their laser weapons have a sensor so that they won't activate unless the weapon is held with both hands. However on my weapon, the sensor was defective sensor and thus would not activate even when it is held with both hands. I notified the customer service, but instead of checking my weapon's sensors, she claims out-of-hand that it was not defective just by virtue of it having been shown to have turned on. Even when I had told her it was not that the gun did not turn on, but that the sensor was defective. She claims that I was not holding it correctly. Even if that was the case, she ought to have at least checked the weapon. The dismissive attitude or just plain laziness was palpable, and more importantly, there is still a defective laser weapon they are ready to rent out to the next customer.
  • I wanted to bowl here for a friend's birthday so I called them about 10 times different times in the day and no one answered. I tried every prompt option, still no one. So we decided to go to the bowling alley and just see what was up, all of the lanes were full. They had a bunch of parties that were set to end at 8, so the person at the counter told us to wait and there would be tons of lanes open. We waited an hour and a half and they said that they had nothing, meanwhile an entire huge group came in after us and got helped along with some other stragglers. Their system is ridiculous if you ask me, this was a super bad experience because it was a friend's birthday and this left us with nothing to do. Get organized, or be honest when you can't accommodate people.
  • Fun place! Lots to do: bowling, laser tag, arcade games, etc. There was also an intriguing rope course that I'd love to try next time! Gorgeous view over the Hudson River too.
  • Fun place for kids of all ages. Love the laser tag which is a great cardio workout. Arcade is small. But doable when waiting for bowling lanes to open up ( went during a busy saturday). Staff was pleasant and offered deals for our next trip back there. Will be back with the kids can truly spend hours here.
