In the midst of all of the city's concrete and high-rises, Central Park brings greenery and shady places for relaxation--as well as a zoo, carousel, skating rink, theater, and several fountains--to the northern part of the city. Stroll, bike, picnic, or people-watch among 341 hectares (843 acres) of lakes, jogging paths, woodlands, walkways, lawns, and trees. One of the country's major historical landmarks, the park hosts frequent concert, plays, and art shows. Stop by the Alice in Wonderland statue, a favorite place for photos. Put Central Park and other New York City attractions into our New York City journey builder app, and watch your holiday take shape.

  • This is the largest park in NYC, its clean and it has many walking and bike paths. On a hot day you can find there thousands of people enjoying the shade. Nice day spending there .

  • Lovely park with stunning views. Plenty of nice walks and benches if you prefer to sit. Watch out for the squirrels as they are looking for food from you.

  • Denny Moe is great with the kids. He remains himself but brings the kids into his world, regarding vibe and communication. Beyond that, he is a GREAT barber. Ive tried a few before him and once my sons hair was cut by Denny Moe, I no longer need to look. Beyond satisfied. His lines are precise. He cuts evenly all around. He is efficient at what he does. Other barbers have had a hard time with my sons hair because of the direction of hair growth and the amount growth disparity between areas. Ive never had to ask Denny Moe to go back over an area or fix a line. I highly recommend his establishment. In addition to that, his shop has a lax and comfortable feel.
  • Had a great time. If you are going to get a petty cab ride ( 3 wheel covered bike ) make sure you shop around. We decided to and the first one we found was $5 per minute. Luckily we declined and saw that others were different. Another one was $6.99 a minute. Eventually a guy came by asking people if they wanted a ride, his said "flat rate" he gave us 2 options. Small and large loop for $20 and $40 respectively. He was very knowledgeable and stop and took pictures of us. Large loop probably took close to a half hour. I gave him $60. It was a great way to see the park. Highly recommended if you find the right guy.
  • Best park in the world. You can spend days and hours here and every time you walk through it’s a new experience. Love grabbing breakfast and coffee and taking a walk. Sometimes through the Rambles and sometimes by Strawberry Fields. Love people watching and love watching the rowers on the lake. Beautiful scenery and perfect picture taking.
  • I love Central Park! There is so much to do. You can play softball or Soccer on the athletic fields, there is a carousel and in the winter an ice skating rink. You can rent row boats at Bethesda Fountain and enjoy a wonderful and unique view of the city from the row boat. There are so many things to do in this park that you can easily spend an entire day here. ENJOY!
  • I love walking through Central Park! I take off my headphones and just take in all the great Park of NY has to offer. It calms my soul. I'm always in a good mood when I come out of the park! A great place for many different things to do! My favorite, picnics!!
