  • A casual visit to Bryant Park is sufficient to have an impression. Not something to special to go. Just a little Park, as there are many in Manhattan. Do a little quiet place near the bustle of Times Square. Do you really want a quiet place close to visit Manhattan, go to Roosevelt Island, a sea of tranquility.

  • So many things to do here at all times of day. A great place to sit and catch your breath when walking around midtown. Can play pick up games of ping pong, grab free books to read, or food from a cart...  more »
  • Bryant Park is a wonderful place full of delightful shops and an outdoor ice skating rink. The best part is the glass enclosed seating area and the café.  more »

  • Went during the Winter Village. Just fantastic. The atmosphere was great, cool music both pop and old jazz /Christmas songs. View of both the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings.
  • Bryant Park is a tranquil oasis in the heart of midtown. Sitting on the lawn and contemplating the skyline has helped me numerous times when NYC has pushed me too far. Come here for ice skating in the winter and movies in the summer. A great place anytime you're in the neighborhood.
  • Lovely park in New York, probably one of the best for shopping. The shops are mostly seasonal to Nov/Dec I believe. It has good food places but these tend to get crowded quickly so you might be better looking for food places nearby versus in the park. The weekends closer to Christmas become mobbed so I'd say if you want some space go on a weekday for Christmas shopping. This place is worth it for the unique artisanal gifts that the artists sell themselves and some of them love to talk to you about their work! Forget about the ice skating rink, it's mainly for tourists and always has a large line to get in.
  • I had a wonderful experience with my friends. If you like skating than this is the best place along with audiences all around the rink. They have locker but you gonna have to bring your own lock. also don't bring any bag otherwise you will be in trouble you have to pay extra for checking your bag.
  • I really like Bryant park. It is a multi-use space that serves all new Yorkers. There is the main library...which is gorgeous by the way. And the park hosts movie screenings in the summer and a free ice skating rink in the winter time. There is also a very enchanting Christmas market every year. The park has a great view of the Bryant Park hotel who is gorgeous, by the way.
