  • Nice place for architecture and organization. The staff treat you as if you were in a gallery! They play until perfume without authorization. I believe that's only in some store. The price is out of touch with reality! All absurd! Only going to have their own experience.

  • This is one of my favorite stores to shop because it has a lot of options to choose from. This iconic store also has a restaurant that serves delicious food. The store has everything you need from hom...  read more »
  • Upscale prices with average cloths. Still a shopping mecca worth a visit in the Big Apple. Most of the staff is friendly but many are rude as well.
  • It's Bloomies - if your expecting great discounts or cheap clothes, head to H&M down the road. Come here for an excellent selection of women's fashion, from juniors up to great grandmas. Clean, brightly lit space with very attentive staff, an excellent selection of fitting rooms, and plentiful checkout counters. Also, extensive but discrete seating for your shop-weary companions.
  • Horrible customer service. My husband ordered me a David yurman ring from this bloomingdales in The beginning of June for our anniversary. They didnt have it in my size so she put in an order and told me it would take a week. Well when the ring came into the store no one attached the order form to it and they sold it, which basically ruined my anniversary. So they reordered the ring for me and told me they would ship it to my house. After 2 months of phone calls and getting a load of bogus excuses my husband called and cancelled the order. It has now been another almost 3 weeks and they still have not returned my money!!! It's the most ridiculous thing I have ever gone through with a department store! It's now 3 month since the initial order and I have no ring and no return of my money! NEVER doing business with this bloomingdales again, and I do mean NEVER!
  • A high-priced labyrinth. Lovely things with prices as you would expect for a 'bloo-meez'. Convenient to subway.
  • This location is kept very well organized and in great shape. The staff range from very friendly and very helpful to a bit pretentious and obnoxious, and it always leaves a sour taste in my mouth when I get approached by one of the latter, but most interactions are pretty pleasant. The sales are all over the place, and sometimes there's nothing interesting or very limited in terms of sizes, but towards the end of the season when they're doing their overhaul, you can actually get very nice items for a very reasonable price. Returns are a breeze, except for one particular instance, but generally worth taking a quick spin through the store when you're wandering around the neighborhood.
  • Used to be customer-friendly but... times have changed. This has become a destination for foreign shoppers. Locals know better than to pay prices for items that are so much less expensive everywhere else. And, if you try to call customer service--expect to spend forever waiting, listening to voicemails and hanging on hold.
