  • I imagine that for a woman in BG should be something surreal, it's like going into a world of luxury and sophistication. The best brands in the world of clothes, shoes and handbags, all gathered in a building on Fifth Avenue. Sellers look to you depending on how you're going to dress with air snob, because they're used to meet this the Kardashians to Arab Princes and princesses who leave there 500,000 to 1 million dollars (words of a seller of a local brand). That's what Daslu tried to be in Brazil, is worth a visit there if you have money if you have no worth knowing is right next to the Apple store, it never hurts to check there ...

  • I purchased Chloe velvet flats online, and when they arrived I discovered that the velvet on the left shoe was damaged. I called the cust service line to report the defective merchandise and request a replacement. I used their free FEDEX return shipping label and expected to receive my replacement shoes quickly. Nothing ever arrived. Nothing was sent. So I went back online and ordered another pair, the order went through and I received a confirm. Then, several days later, I got an email saying my order had been canceled because the shoes were no longer available. And, to add insult to injury, it's been weeks and I still have not been credited back for the returned shoes! I checked with FEDEX and they were received the day after I sent them, so I called and the dopey rep said it takes AT LEAST 3 WEEKS to receive credit for returns. WHAT??? 3 WEEKS??? What a ripoff! I will never shop with them again and yes I'm still waiting for my refund....
  • Terrible Experience! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Read the reviews on here, if you buy online there is a good chance you will never receive it. Bought a limtied edition crewneck from them. BG waited 3 weeks to tell me they actually weren't going to receive the crewneck. At this point, it was sold out everywhere else. Which pisses me off because I had passed up several other opportunities to buy the crewneck, as I thought I had already secured it. Trying to get an explanation from them was like pulling teeth, still haven't got one really. They assured me I would get a full refund and 10% off in 24 hours. Well, here I am, almost a week later with no refund, no 10% off and no explanation. They have stopped responding to my emails. Stealing my money is one thing but making me miss out on an exclusive piece, I really wanted, really makes me mad. Buy from someone else! You'll get cheaper prices and better customer service. Give me my money back!!
  • Been a customer for 30 years. Absolutely a fashion temple. Only Paris is better. The best store in the USA. Everything anyone into fashion would ever want or desire can't be found here practically. Service is excellent par none. Go!

  • MY experience with BG on phone ordering is the best. I have worked with Danielle in NYC store & she made my experience with the store memorable. I believe that she gave me the full experience of a posh dept store. They treat everyone as if we are all VIPs which is the way we all would love to be treated. If I was BG I would bring DAnielle to the highest level position inside this store & business. She really knows how to treat a customer. If you ever get to read this Danielle, thank you again for all of your help!!
