  • I bought a Prada bag in April and handles comes undone, today I have been with the bag, that I've put it four times and was the saleswoman who sold it me, Illona washdown, has not given me a solution, I said that I could buy two hermes scarves and put them in the handles, something totally crazy and horrible and with an additional cost. I have asked to speak with the manager and he even wanted to come. A disaster on a purchase of that price. In short, I will never again buy a bag at those stores. The customer service is dismal. I recommend to go directly to the store of the brand, which will be in charge of a repair. No more Bergdorf Goodman and less flushing Illona.

  • Shoes in principle within the valid-from 600 up to 3000 thousand dollars. But there is no convenient. Manolo Blahnik and Labuton, Chanel, Prada-all neudrbnoe, weird fashion (repertoire is similar to stock). Bags-a bad choice, you need every show still require brand-that is, except the showcase options. The staff enjoys herself. And the need to extend beyond the modest behavior so that pprsonal began to fuss. Surprised as they keep afloat. Apparently, the traffic of tourists and those wishing to make a purchase at 5 Avenue.

  • I only shop in the men's side. A different level of experience. Crazy high end. I will say it again: crazy high end. Nice stuff and decent sales, though. Won't likely get more than a couple of things unless you run a hedge fund or have oil money.
  • Any review under 5 stars doesn't fully appreciate what's going on here. For an impressive history lesson - check out the wiki entry. If you're a frequentor- then there's a good change you're not checking out this review. If you've never heard of this place - treat yourself to a slice of NYC commercial opulence.
  • I came here for the first time to get a makeover with my boss downstairs. Oh boy! Was it ever fancy. They gave us little face massages, and bubbly water (with the option of champagne). I basically just laughed the whole time while someone else beautified me. Had a ball. And I looked like a peach.
  • A must for anyone visiting NYC. Even if you are only making the trip to window shop. So much to see in the 7 story building and what a way to see it. Far exceeds it's sister store Neiman Marcus. The ambiance might be a bit too regal for some folks, but I love the experience. Be sure to check out the entire first floor for all the beautiful designer bags. Chanel is to die for. Also a great place to people watch the most exquisite fashion trends. So many elegant shoppers. They have the most creative displays in the city particularly during the holidays.
  • The tea had a great view and very nice ambiance. We had a reservation but still had to wait around 30 minutes which was annoying. The waiter was really really nice and the tea and food was good. We got a $25 gift certificate tho to use at the shops. The customer service at the shops was amazing. Soo friendly and helpful! :)

Where to stay in New York City

The first step to finding accommodations in New York City is finding the right neighborhood. Manhattan, where most visitors end up, offers some of the most expensive rooms in the world, though there are lower-budget options, such as hostels with shared restrooms. Reduce your costs by basing yourself in one of the outer boroughs, but beware of low-end motels where you may end up sharing the premises with hourly customers. Alternatively, stay along the New Jersey shore, offering all the major chain hotels at considerably lower prices than their Manhattan equivalents.
