  • Well it's a beautiful statue of Alice in Wonderland with some of the characters in the story. What about very beautiful and with a frame, Central Park, which enhances even more. Certain to be inserted while visiting Central Park logically.

  • Stumbled across this statue while roaming through Central Park. Was abit disappointed with all the children climbing all over the statue and the parents just sitting and watching them.  more »
  • This is a really nice piece of art and something to seek out when in Central Park. My one piece of advice that i will follow on my next trip to NYC; if you want to take photos, get there early! The st...  more »

  • My mother used to take my sisters and myself there when we were kids loved climbing inside of it, and there was a man that was there on the weekends telling kids stories and sing.
  • I like the statue, it’s very pretty and picturesque. Hard to catch a good photo because a lot of kids are climbing the statue and in general it’s very crowded.
  • A must see. One of the most visited sites at Central Park
  • I'm sure locals don't even know that this sculpture exists as it appears in Atlas Obscura but it is definitely worth the look. Absolutely beautiful and highly detailed sculpture.
  • Use to go here with my wife during our long trip to ny. When we came to ny first what we decided to do it's to go to Central Park. Our hotel was not so far from the park. In the park u can see a lot of people who are chilling and don't think about anything . Me and my wife fell in love almost with the Alice in wonderland . My wife was especially excited. The best time to visit is morning .u can see all the prettiest places of the Central Park. Actually so love manhattan ecpecially Columbus circle . We decided to buy a house near Alice in wonderland. So many nice people. My wife was so happy and I'm happy too if she do. Want to make a second proposition of the marriage in Central Park. So Alice in wonderland is the best place to do. I'll hide the ring in labirint and she gonna find it

Where to stay in New York City

The first step to finding accommodations in New York City is finding the right neighborhood. Manhattan, where most visitors end up, offers some of the most expensive rooms in the world, though there are lower-budget options, such as hostels with shared restrooms. Reduce your costs by basing yourself in one of the outer boroughs, but beware of low-end motels where you may end up sharing the premises with hourly customers. Alternatively, stay along the New Jersey shore, offering all the major chain hotels at considerably lower prices than their Manhattan equivalents.
