  • Quiet, cozy, comfortable hotel, with very courteous staff -- all very welcoming. Room was nicely appointed, even if on the small size. Excellent location, with lots of great restaurants, theaters, att...  more »
  • The location of the hotel is suitable, between 5th and 6th avenues; that's all good. It is an old hotel, lobby is dark and the person that I attended at the reception of the hotel was not very polite. Not informed me that there was free coffee in the morning and on the other hand had to wait until 4 pm to enter the room. While that is the official time for check-in, all hotels that I've stayed in rooms have been available before 3 pm without any problem. The rooms are quite small, I had one that had no window. In general the hotel is quite old and a little depressing for my taste. There is a gym and a business center (without chairs and with the printer failed) on the second floor. Those passageways, rooms, lobby, rugs, stairs, lifts, all seems to move you to a place of the century last. The room rate is very expensive and does not justify all the service received.
