  • I ordered via online. Awesome prices online and discounts. Needs to offer more discounts and options. 
  • Customer service unwilling to help solve order issue thus far. Order did not submit properly through website. Paypal says they must cancel, they say paypal must cancel. All I wanted was to get the order for the price the items *were*, but the items are no longer for sale for that price. Representatives on phone were useless at best, contact with "manager" Leah seemed unwilling to even try. Telling me they "cannot cancel what they don't have." Lost an order, all I wanted assistance with was getting the items for the price they were offered when I submitted my order. No response to this specific request, just told to cancel the order and resubmit.
  • It's been ages since any retailer has sent me someone else's package, but that's exactly what happened this week from Adorama. I even sent them photos of the incorrect thing. A day later, I got a generic non-apology "sorry if the order is in fact incorrect" and a request to send them proof. The very least I would expect is a sincere apology to me and the person whose order was mistakenly sent to me - mistakes still do happen! - but instead all I got was a slow, rude response. I have no idea if it will eventually be taken care of correctly.
  • If I could put 0 stars I would. They brag about their same day shipping, but after they sit on my $500 for 3 days and still no shipment I have to call in only to find out the item is back ordered. No notification from them what so ever. I needed the item, and the sole purpose I chose this seller is their self gloating about how fast they ship. Their excuse? "Oh well, sometimes it happens."
  • I've been purchasing equipment from them for over eight years and I've had no complaints. I've recently returned a camera, lens and other items, and the refund process has been very difficult and unproductive. They said the return process should take about 7 days. I'm on my 14th day and have not received a refund yet! I've talked with four CSR's so far. They are good at taking money, but not very good at returning it :{ @@!##$%%%!
  • I'm a pro photographer and buy equipment regularly from Amazon and B&H. Experimented with ordering from Adorama, and they sent me the wrong part. Quickly called customer service 3 mins after I opened the box and asked them to send a return label. 1) They asked me to email them a photo, which they would review, and then get back to me about the issue. 2) I told them the box was already re-taped and due to work I needed to get it ready for the ups man which would arrive shortly. They gave me a hard time and acted like they were performing a special favor by breaking their rules and sending me a UPS label stat. Will never order from adorama again.
