  • Worst service ever!!! They sent my order to the wrong address. Called twice, was assured the address was corrected, but it still got delivered to wrong address. Now I don't have the equipment I need for a shoot in 2 days. Total incompetence. Go to B&H. At least they ship to the correct address.
  • They failed to deliver a camera part as promised. In my opinion, poor. "Customer Service" is handled offshore in the southern Asian Pacific area by polite but unhelpful agents. It is almost impossible to speak with anyone in the NY store. Promised return calls were not made. I eventually gave up and traveled to a local store as a small savings from Adorama is only good if the part actually arrives. My local store has expertise, courtesy and they handed me that part.
  • Great selection of camera gear but i would like more show space. If they had more display models i would give them 3 stars. You have to provide them with the item and item number and they bring it up from storage for you to look at and test. It would be nice if they had floor models to look at. Service was good though and very knowledgeable. Also you'll find comparable great prices for the area and sometimes even at lower rates at the right deals.
  • The absolute worst company to deal with. Dont beleive go to better business Bureau website and see the piles of complaints. They bait and switch. They Charge your card on back ordered items that they show as in stock. This was done without my permission or knowledge. I was also supposed to be notified beforehand but never was. Even after charged me they still didn't have my items. The company will tie up your hard earned cash for weeks. Customer service is offshore to india But india will actually lie and tell you that your calling new York. I was even transferred to a manager in india who blatently lied and continued to claim that they werent a offshore support service. It only mattered to me because of all the conflicting info i was given. Even basic support emails. You guessed it. India! I received a two sentence generic response to a page long email stating my initial problem. The best is after 2 days of searching the bowels If the Internet i couldn't find one single number to reach the retail store in new York and guess what i live in new York. Almost like they dont want to be found. I urge you to make only small purchases from them and only if its absolutely the last place on earth that has what you need. To this minute im at a loss because of there foul ways. The world would be a better place without adorama! STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AAAAWWWAAAAYYYY!!!! GO TO BBB AND SEE THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!
  • Purchased the DJI Phantom 3 Professional drone and had issues with it from the day it arrived. Finally DJI said it must be defective and to try to return it. Adorama couldn't have been more helpful. They exchanged the drone no questions asked and were overly apologetic for my inconvenience. I would absolutely recommend Adorama, the girls I dealt with on the phone and in customer service were incredible. Thank you Adorama for all of your help! I'll be back :)
