  • A great beach at the end of the driving. It's great for us because we feel safer with our toddler knowing there will not be the added danger of cars driving by. They also have a park but I believe the...  read more »
  • Our family (kids ages 6 and 2) recently traveled to NSB and the 27th Avenue Park is by far the best public beach access point! It is $10/day to park in the surface lot or drive onto the beach and you ...  read more »
  • Very nice well kept parking lot, Beach Ramp is nice. It gets very busy on weekends and holidays........
  • They only call it a park because it has a couple of grills, some picnic tables, a kids area, bathrooms, and an outside shower area. I don't think it is large enough to be considered a park. You get a couple of families there having a party and it's too crowded! Anyway; I never use the "park" area, just the parking lot in front of it to walk down to the beach & I was disappointed that they are now charging $10.00 for parking at the so called "parks" parking lot which has always been free. Also disappointed that if you buy a resident beach pass, which is $25 for the year, that you don't have the option to use it either to drive on the beach there or park in lot. Nowhere to park since you can not park on the side streets so; you either have to pay to drive on the beach, which is also now $10 instead of $5, or pay $10 to park in lot. Pay for parking in the lot is 9am to 5pm. So if you are only going for a few hours I recommend parking there at 5pm so you don't have to pay the $10 fee.
  • Luv this Beach Mostly locals. Not liking the new pay to park kiosks. Not always working. :(
  • I liketo go in the trails fora nice walk in the evening, although the park closes at 7.
  • Beach parking. Can't get better than that!
  • beach side park
