  • On the no drive beach. Clean restrooms. Picnic tables and charcoal grills with shelters. Basketball courts, racket ball courts, playground. 7-11 across street
  • First time using this spot to get on the beach and it was extremely convenient. Get there early!
  • This Park is nice because of the showers to clean off the sand but the public restrooms are pretty dirty. For the $10 parking fee, I would expect at least decently clean restrooms.
  • Great parking for the beach. $10 to park. check your credit card statement afterwards, the machine sometimes charges you double
  • They only call it a park because it has a couple of grills, some picnic tables, a kids area, bathrooms, and an outside shower area. I don't think it is large enough to be considered a park. You get a couple of families there having a party and it's too crowded! Anyway; I never use the "park" area, just the parking lot in front of it to walk down to the beach & I was disappointed that they are now charging $10.00 for parking at the so called "parks" parking lot which has always been free. Also disappointed that if you buy a resident beach pass, which is $25 for the year, that you don't have the option to use it either to drive on the beach there or park in lot. Nowhere to park since you can not park on the side streets so; you either have to pay to drive on the beach, which is also now $10 instead of $5, or pay $10 to park in lot. Pay for parking in the lot is 9am to 5pm. So if you are only going for a few hours I recommend parking there at 5pm so you don't have to pay the $10 fee.
