  • Place is cool looking from the outside. Staff is nice and helpful. Prices are way to high for what you get. Chairs need to be upgraded to full recliners for the price. Also, for the love of god put so A.C. on. I should not be sweating watching a movie.
  • Mostly this place is cool. I love the small theaters and the big comfy recliners but there's so many negatives. The tickets are EXPENSIVE!!! Do yourself favor and go on Tuesday when the tickets are $8 my husband and I just spent $34 on two... TWO tickets. They serve food here, I've never eaten the food so I can't say if it's good but it all smells terrible!!!!! Truffle oil popcorn and heavy garlic basil smelling ravioli is the worst thing to be stuck in a room with for an hour and a half to two hours. I'm pregnant and I had to hold my noise during the entire movie so I wouldn't barf in the theater. It wouldn't be bad if they had normal food!
  • Theatre was spacious and comfortable, the staff were nice but the food was terrible. My $12 "pizza" was just chicken on a burnt pita. I'll never eat there again but I will just go to watch a film.
  • I love the selection of movies they play here and I like being able to get a drink or snack at the bar. BUT, I hate the fellow clientele and the option to get food at your theater seat during the movie. I don't know what it is about this place, but I can't count the number of times I've seen moviegoers walk into a movie 20-30 minutes into it and then order food as the movie is playing. Or they walk in more than half way through the movie and start talking over it. If I didn't want to watch the movie and just get dinner, I'd go to a restaurant. The French Quarter is full of really great ones. I dunno, maybe I'm just a grouch, but it just never seems worth it to pay extra for a movie just to have other people stand in front of the screen and talk during it.
  • The staff was very nice. So my main complaint was the theater itself. Everything was over priced. I ordered the 4 draft beer combo for my friends and I for $12. It came out to be 4 shot glasses full of beer. Portions are really small for the price they give. Also gratuity is already included. Another note I see people are complaining about being 18+ to get in at a certain time. I believe that there is a curfew enacted at all theaters for that. This theater may be enforcing it earlier.

Where to stay in New Orleans

Though you can walk to most tourist attractions in New Orleans from a hotel in the central business district, remember that many other parts of town feature less expensive and equally comfortable accommodations. Smaller hotels and private guesthouses in quiet residential neighborhoods offer not only good local food and spacious rooms, but can also allow you to explore the city's culture away from overwhelming tourist crowds. To reduce your carbon footprint during your stay, consider one of French Quarter's many green or eco-friendly hotels.
