  • DO NOT CALL THEM!! -no help -very rude -I was also hung up on
  • Not a lot of attractive but still pretty nice for the kids
  • Watching my grandson FINALLY getting to ride the carousel - 9/20/2015. Other than that I was extremely DISAPPOINTED. The attendee needs better training . They did not take the time to measure all childrens' height for the carousel ride. After my grandson was denied access I observed smaller children entering (un chaperoned). Neither his 14 year old sister nor a friend of mine were allowed to chaperone him. I was forced to purchase an individual ticket to ride with him. Upon completion of the ride I decided to measure him myself according to the measuring instrument. He was about 3 inches above the minimum. When I brought it to her attention, all she could say was "sorry" (with snobbish attitude). I'll be writing a memo to management which I know will end up in "file 13".
