  • Definitely a highlight of our trip to NOLA. The chef was just perfect. It turned out to be a Louisiana history class through the cooking. The chef cooked us the best jambalaya AND the best gumbo I ever had. I cannot stress this enought, go for it.
  • This is my second time visiting New Orleans, and my second time at the New Orleans School of Cooking. My first visit was with Chef Michael and this time around I had Chef Brandon. I loved my 1st demonstration 2 years ago, but this one was pretty amazing. Brandon has the best stories, and having been born and raised in New Orleans he adds a little more "country boy" spice to his demonstration. He has hilarious stories about his grandmother, and gives you all the history of the food you are eating. You leave there knowing that the next time you eat Gumbo or Jambalaya... it will either be right or it will be wrong! No one can fool you again! Thank you Brandon, for all the tips, tricks, and great food!
  • What a great experience!! Chef Brandon was so informative AND entertaining. And the food was amazing! A must do when you are in New Orleans!
  • Food is delicious and the dinner and a show concept is awesome. Chef is very informative about NOLA history and cuisine and super entertaining... we would come eat here again, for sure!!
  • Class here was a memorable experience! The instructor was extremely knowledgeable on the history and was entertaining! The store has a huge selection of products.
