  • This is a mansion Victorian and Chapel of weddings, a jewel architectural that is a feat impressive of the engineering in addition to being beautiful, the House also is very interesting. The original two-story house built in 1850 was elevated in 1884 by WM. Renaud, who added the magnificent first floor as a broad stage for family weddings, receptions and parties.

  • We have a great time touring the museum. The extra money to tour the third floor really worth it. Even our teenagers were impressed and had a good time. This place should definitely be on the list to ...  more »
  • I state that I saw the House of Broel only from outside. I have observed with pleasure his feisty architecture typical of the southern States and the landscaped garden. This is a destination for many walking tours and inside there is a Museum (that I haven't visited for lack of time!). The area deserves, being in the heart of the Garden District that is the best in the city. Tree-lined streets and Victorian homes. To see
