  • Cool staff. Picked up a Rose of Jericho a couple years ago... Nice little novelty to have in the house. The have all the things you would need for any sort of witch crafty type of situation. Some things are certainly more authentic than others, but it is certainly worth stopping in this place to check it out.
  • I loved my experience with my palm reading by Kristen Marie. She was very thorough and really wanted to give me as much information as possible. After the session she was even good enough to give me advice and tools to get me on my path as we discussed at my reading. The staff are true pactitioners and are eager to help. It a shop filled with everything from novice to very experienced. I loved my time there and the next time I'm in town, this will be my first stop!
  • I had a 30 minute tarot reading with Elie Barnes and it was excellent - she was insightful and made sure that the reading produced a conversation that was helpful and productive. She is a kind and fun person and I thoroughly enjoyed the time and got a lot out of it. The store itself is also super nifty and has a great selection of items, many handmade. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in New Orleans!
  • Cool little voodoo shop. Got a couple items at a fair price. Worth stopping in!
  • Excellent reading by Evie. She was spot on on every area of my life. Highly recommended.

Where to stay in New Orleans

Though you can walk to most tourist attractions in New Orleans from a hotel in the central business district, remember that many other parts of town feature less expensive and equally comfortable accommodations. Smaller hotels and private guesthouses in quiet residential neighborhoods offer not only good local food and spacious rooms, but can also allow you to explore the city's culture away from overwhelming tourist crowds. To reduce your carbon footprint during your stay, consider one of French Quarter's many green or eco-friendly hotels.
