  • Enjoyed discovering this little arts and crafts market on Frenchman street. None of the tacky junk sold at the farmers market or in the Quarter. Opens in the evenings.  more »
  • What a gem of a place!!! We stumbled across it and so happy we did! Someone else wrote to buy your souvenirs here. Totally agree! Something for everyone. ❤️  more »
  • This place was so cool. Don't waste your money on generic kitsch. Buy your souvenirs here from local New Orleans artists. Every stall had incredible work in it, there wasn't a single one that we could...  more »

  • I had one of my best New Orleans experiences at the Frenchmen Art Market. My husband and I found the artists very approachable and happy to discuss their work. One photographer spent a long time talking with us when we asked about the subjects in some of his photos - we were so enchanted by his photographs that we bought several. A very laid back, cool vibe where you can browse, ask questions, be curious, and appreciate what the local artist community has to offer.
  • Came here at night, an interesting assortment of handmade art and jewelry. A lot of the items were a bit pricier than I'd expect. Well worth a nighttime stroll though.
  • I'm definitely not an art connoisseur. However, if you're interested at looking at some local artists work, it's worth the time to check it out. I bought a few pieces that I love.
  • A LOT of memorabilia, PICTURES of what the city went through during the hurricanes....photos, funky paintings ...Lots of creativity here!
  • Not as big as I was led to believe. Lot of local artists and a good variety of artistic mediums. Only downside is almost everyone expects way more than is reasonable. Same prices inside the brick and mortar galleries as the street artists outside (not the same quality/skill though)
