We loved our tour! Phil did a great job making this ghost tour fun and entertaining. I got some crazy pictures with unexplained lights and thought that was wild.

Garden tour with Lee was excellent! He was a great storyteller and had an outgoing, fun personality. He made the tour great! I recommend this tour if you want to see all the beautiful mansions and different styles of architecture of the residential areas. You get to meet at a coffee shop off Magazine St. I would recommend taking time to walk up and down Magazine street after the tour is over to check out some artsy shops, food choices, and to see local foliage and gardening styles in front porches.

We had such a great time on our first tour, we booked a second! Our tour guide, Andrea, was engaging and insightful. She answered all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the rich history of New Orleans. The “saints and sinners” tour was particularly cool to go in depth about some of the grittier history of the city. From the two for one drinks with ticket purchase to the staff and the content of the tour, we highly recommend french quarter phantoms for your trip to Nola!! :)

My boyfriend and I went on the Garden District Tour with Lee as our guide and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. Lee’s background in historic preservation, architecture, as well as his personal history and anecdotes made this an amazing tour to be a part of!! I would highly recommend this tour group to anyone visiting Nola and would also suggest asking when Lee is working. Please be sure to tip the tour guides as they walk you through New Orleans history!! PS- the Buckner Mansion is not formally on the tour, however Lee was kind enough to walk a couple of us over to the home and discuss its history after** the tour! Thanks Lee for such an amazing experience!

Such a fun way to learn more about the city and find historic places! The Ghost and Vampire tour was great for our entire group. Andrea was very knowledgeable and personable! The only downside was from the bar location, not the tour. We were charged both times for hurricanes even though we were told they were BOGO. With no time to argue about it with the tour beginning, we paid to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Not a big deal, but a bit of a let down. Highly recommend taking the tour!

We went in 1-22-22 while in NOLA for my 50th. Wife scheduled the tour (I'm admittedly a ghost skeptic, but I actually have been a vampire enthusiast since I was 7 years old and my Ma dressed me as Dracula for Halloween back in 1979... And then reading Bram Stoker's book in high school fortified my interest... but I digress). Met up at the Voodoo Lounge around dusk prior to the beginning of the tour and had the promo buy-one-get-one Hurricane (in the souvenir plastic black cup 🤓) and waited for the tour guide to show. Our group was big so they split us into two smaller groups. Our tour guide was Jeremiah and I'm not entirely sure what his full-time job is but I could absolutely see him as a college professor (the kind you remember as being a fun class, not the stuffy kind that puts you to sleep in the lecture hall. Really cool tour guide with a smart sense of humor). After seeing a couple mansions where creepy stuff occurred, plus the Jackson Hotel, a third floor apartment, a bar where a barmaid hanged herself, and a convent where vampires gorged on immigrant virgin blood, I'm not sure I'm any more of a believer in ghosts, but it was a really fun time and definitely did have a spooky factor to it. And it also gave a whole new feel to the French Quarter after dark. Definitely will do another tour next time we get down to the Big Easy.
