  • This site is currently closed for repairs. Visitors should check before making a trip. Before Katrina this was an interesting historical site and hopefully it will be s tourist destination again in th...  more »
  • Please check first, whether this Fort is open. We went out there on a Friday afternoon and stood in front of a Blackboard: closed. We could have saved us a long way. EV. held there still repair work, which established the Hurricane Katrina 11 years ago.

  • My husband and I saw this fort four years ago, a big difference since then. It is a beautiful place to see, a historic place that is a must see. For lack of funds, it is really runned down. The fellow...  more »

  • Google's info is wrong. It appears that the park is closed to the public permanently. You can only make appointments . Please call the number before venturing out there
  • We we married on top of Fort Pike, on May 5th, 2001!!! Absolutely beautiful day!!
