  • We took the river boat excursion down from New Orleans to the New Orleans Battlefield. The Park Service guide provided a very helpful introduction, and much of the battlefield is now as it was in 1814...  more »
  • Very nice visitors center, the actual site is about all there is to see, the loop around the battlefield has stops to describe positions. Anyone interested in history would enjoy the site and walking ...  more »
