Everything New Orleans can be found in this shop. And definitely buy some pralines. They offer various varieties. Popular location on Decatur a block up from Cafe du Monde.  more »

Great gift shop. Covers just about anything you would want to take home with you. And make sure you don't leave without a can of Cafe Du Monde French Roast Coffee (blue can) which may just be the best...  more »

Pralines were great. But the best part about this stop, I asked about the two different gator jerky's and the person at work that day was able to provide me valuable information regarding the ingredie...  more »

Quick, friendly service. The pralines were amazing!! We tried a few different ones and man oh man were they good! Certainly worth the stop. The line moved pretty quick. Easy access via doors on either side of the shop.

They overcharged me, when I call to tell them that Im coming back to have it fixed, the cashier said I have to make it by 5 coz they close at 5 (I was driving on the highway when I found out about the mistake and it was 4:45PM rush hour), like it was my mistake and they don't have the decency to wait for me. Luckily I did make it back. The lady from the office said they have to ring it up again but I will only be charge once for the correct amount. I asked twice just to be sure but guess what I was charged twice and went into overdraft. Save yourself some trouble and go find a more professional place.

Savory. Melt in your mouth. Come in multiple flavors. The physical shop has way more to offer than just Pralines. Hot sauce, cook books. All the cajun food must-haves. Don't leave NOLA without stopping here.

Very quiet compared to the cafe next door. Nice change of pace.

Where to stay in New Orleans

Though you can walk to most tourist attractions in New Orleans from a hotel in the central business district, remember that many other parts of town feature less expensive and equally comfortable accommodations. Smaller hotels and private guesthouses in quiet residential neighborhoods offer not only good local food and spacious rooms, but can also allow you to explore the city's culture away from overwhelming tourist crowds. To reduce your carbon footprint during your stay, consider one of French Quarter's many green or eco-friendly hotels.
