  • Ski sundown is an old standby for me in the winter months. If you are in the area like i am , dont pass it up, even though there are better places to ski.  more »

  • Great customer service. Very family oriented. Consistently have helpful and knowledgeable employees. You can bring your own food and drink or buy one of their burgers off the grill. The biggest problem is the weather in Connecticut! Edit: after yesterday's blizzard you gotta love the weather in Connecticut!
  • Awesome family atmosphere and incredibly beautiful area. The vistas of the surrounding mountains is breath taking. Ski conditions are always the best. Highly recommend spending the day on the slopes.
  • It was so fun I went with my school. The teachers are so nice and just after one day of snowboarding I am already 10 times better. Highly recommended
  • For a small ski hill, it has great facilities and trials. Perfect for beginners and just enough challenges to keep experienced skiers and riders happy. Plus, it has a bar/restaurant for ski bunnies and non-skiers who tag along.
  • This is run like a business. Snow making starts late in the season and ends early to make the most profit. This leads to inconsistent base conditions that could be fixed by blowing more snow. Instead they will groom and cover the bad areas, which easy get skied off.
