  • Wonderful park we started going every weekend because our kids love it! to bad there's so many assholes smoking in every part of the park! Its like they see you with your kids and say Oh look! little kids there.. Let smoke right next to them. Went yesterday and the park was empty. Its was great until a couple went right where we were sat right next to our kids and starting smoking.. You would think the park being so BIG and empty at the time they would go else where but NO they go right where the kids are..
  • I grew up coming here and have seen the changes over the years, as few as they have been they were necessary. I now live within walking distance and enjoy bringing my family here. I'm happy to live by the water. There is so much to do here. Especially in the spring and summer!! I can't think up even one negative thing!
  • Nice views of the Delaware River/bay. Well paved walking path, large playground. Lots of nice trees provide shade. Great for a picnic.
  • Very nice park in Old Newcastle. Quiet and the people are very friendly. The town center, where the path begins that runs through the park starts, is like taking a trip back into colonial times. Tons of picnic tables, playground equipment for kids, and lots of grass to do plenty of activities on with family and friends.
  • Beautiful park in a great location. Worth not only seeing the portion near the wharf but also taking the walk south of the boat ramp. Great spot for pok√©mon go.
