  • This small museum contains an archive as well. The Museum tells the story of how and by whom inhabited the local land as a small settlement of immigrants from Germany there arose one of the oldest cities in Texas, who stood at the origins of education of the city of new Braunfils. Exposition framed theme stands, ranging from the story of how the first settlers here arrived, what things carried with them. And then you can see what carried water than cultivated the land, when and how was the first school in the city, both spent time the townspeople look at stalls Baker and butcher, consulting room, Bank and more. Not so much a museum filled with old things (although they are here in abundance), but gives you an idea of how difficult it was displaced obživat′sâ in the new location. Besides the Museum, also recommend a visit to grey-historical district of the city of new Braunfils.
