  • Get out and look for the various starting points for the springs. Great clear water. They have a wading pool too so bring a swimsuit for the kiddo's. The train is only open on the weekends now.
  • Picnic tables, flowing springs, places to play, park-sized train for the kids to ride, golf course...

  • Beautiful park, great views and loads of things to do. They have redone the wading part of the river and put in new landscaping and up graded the playground. It is divided for different age groups with the proper toys for the ages. They have train rides (it's cash only NO credit cards), a beautiful aquatic center, miniature golf, as well as a beautiful new golf course. There is tubbing on the river for a small fee and lots of ducks, squirrels and deer to feed, some will take the food from your hand. You can rent pavilions for parties and events and there are a lot of picnic tables and BBQ pits. A great outdoors family place.
  • Amazing park! Remember to bring mealworms or duck treats for the ducks, bread is bad for them. The playgrounds are well maintained and there is something for every age group. Swimming for free in the wading pool and cheap swimming at the aquatic center. Its only two dollars. Sometimes it gets so crowded on holidays that there is no where to park. Stray dogs gravitate to the park, We've found several. Not wild dogs, just dogs who are temporarily lost. Also deer and wildlife everywhere which is cool.
  • This is a very nice place if you ever wanna hang out or relax and enjoy Mother Nature. I came here with my girlfriend one time and had a fun time bonding. The environment is very friendly and positive. They seem to keep the park pretty clean and not filthy.
  • Landa park is so much fun for families. There's multiple playscapes for kids of all ages (with spongy rubber surfaces underneath - so it minimizes the amount of dirt/mulch tracked home!), picnic areas, and a train. During the summer there are paddle boats for rent. Anglers sit up and down the river all year round hoping for a big catch. There is a cash only snack bar with concessions and the views of the river are beautiful. We love to spend time on the weekends but the parking fills up fast. There are public restrooms available and the park is situated in a historic area of the city with shops and dinning minutes away.
  • Wow...what a great park! Beautiful area for swimming, biking, walking, strolling. Fun for all ages to enjoy...from the train ride to putt putt to just enjoying being outside and the beauty of the park. Good day trip!
