  • We took the ice cream steam train ride. There were 4 in our party and we paid roughly $107. We had never been on a train ride before so we thought just the experience would be worth the money spent...

  • Definitely do this! What a wonderful thing to experience. Four instead of five stars. Just because. There's a lack of guidance for first-timers. But definitely worth doing! They have some really good people selling ice cream here as well. Cooper's ice cream. This is well worth a day. God bless you and yours.
  • Went to celebrate 2 birthdays. A 3 year old and a 70 year old. We all had a great time. You get to see sites via rail and hear historical facts. If I had to find one negative, and that was hard, the speakers should be louder. Pro tip: bring a cushion. It's a bumpy ride.
  • Very fun ride for our family and toddler! I recommend bringing snacks and water - it get's pretty hot in August and the cars are open air. The volunteers working the train were very nice and informative.
  • We visited the railway to do a BBQ & Brew dinner on the train in late January. It was a very unique experience! If you’re planning on doing an evening train ride in the winter, you’re not going to see anything scenic. The dinner was fantastic though. We ate a very good three course BBQ dinner that came out very quickly and washed it down with some provided domestic beer. Service was awesome, if you’re planning a dinner ride, remember to bring cash to tip! After dinner it was a little long until we got back to the station and we were a bit cold. The winter ride wasn’t for me!
  • We had a good time. Was relaxing. There was a lot of food and it was good. The people were nice
