  • We visited this restaurant 2 yrs ago and had an absolutely wonderful meal and flight of beer. This time.....not so much! If this was my first time here...it would be my last. The food was OK...and the...  more »
  • We stumbled across this by chance and could not have been more pleased. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon, but we were served promptly. The beer and food could not have been better. Plenty of outdoor ...  more »
  • We were a group of 5 and started by sharing two full tastings of the beer. Was laid out nicely and from Pils to IPA all were really good. The seasonals leaned heavily hopped so if you are not a Hop he...  more »
  • We love Wild Wolf for the delicious beers, great food and top notch atmosphere. There is outdoor seating with a small play area for kids. Sometimes there is life music. They have a gift shop, fish pond, hops garden, a window to see them making fresh biscuits/breads and is located just outside Nellysford. Our kids beg to eat here whenever we're in the area, and we always oblige. Also very dog friendly and they sell beer by the growler/bottle/can for off site consumption.
  • Excellent service, Reuben and smoked turkey sandwiches on par!! Our oysters were overcooked, which was quickly made up for with a free dessert (signature peanut butter pie). The oysters were served over fried green tomatoes, which were fried perfectly. Various seating options to suit anyone, dog friendly, outdoor smoking area, complete beverage list including Wild Wolf beers. Highly recommended.
  • The vegetarian burrito was delicious! They have some of my favorite beers in the area! I highly recommend the Primal Instinct. It is a perfect blend of hoppiness and love. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming into the 151 area.
  • VERY marginally disability accessable! The drive up to the ramp is blocked off by games and a rope so that from the Handicapped parking my wife had to go about 50 feet along a narrow irregular brick walk to the ramp on her rolator. May or may not be compliant to the letter of ADA, certainly not to the spirit. The manager response was "well, there could be too many people drinking outside to let a car near the building". (It was below freezing tonight. No one was outside.) In other words to allow people to drink so much they can not dodge a slow moving car you can not safely drop off an elderly or impaired person to enjoy a meal. Nice. Food was ok but nothing special.
  • The food was really quite good, the beef is locally sources and fed by their own used grains from their beer making! They grind the best onsite too and you can tell how fresh it is with each bite. The beer was great and reasonably priced. Strongly encourage folks to check this place out if you haven't had the chance yet.
