  • Fantastic! We bought more than just wine here. We also bought some dips for chips and cheese. Can't wait to open them up!  more »
  • We enjoyed our wine tasting visit very much! All the wines were very nice and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again!  more »

  • We are from Virginia where there are a lot of vineyards, and we have visited our fair share. Blue Ridge ranks at the top of any that we have been to. Phenomenal reds, and a great chardonnay. A relatively new vineyard, these folks are doing it right. An atmosphere that is relaxing and people who are personable and very friendly. I only wish we lived closer, so we could come back often.
  • Friendly. Really nice wines. Fun place
  • Great service and a beautiful winery. How much you like the wine depends on what you like :)
  • Had a good time at Franklin Hill today. It was our first time there. The young woman serving our wine tasting was very friendly. There was cheese and crackers, as well as samplings of dips. The wine was delicious and the variety was impressive. The only thing missing was a restaurant or even some tapas. Maybe a wine and cheese pairing plate that you can purchase. We would have stayed longer. We went to another vineyard today and in comparison, Franklin Hill's wine, service and professionalism was much better. A few things that I would improve on were the road that leads to the vineyards was unpaved and would have been nice if we were told more about each wine not just that it was sweet or not as sweet (for example, you will taste a nutty flavor, or a hint of citrus, etc. Their store was clean and lovely, the staff was very friendly (I would hire them!), and the wine was really good! Our favorite wines were Katie's Creek and Catawba. The Pomegranate Peach and Fiesta was delicious also!
  • Pickers are so sweet, it reflects in the wine!
