  • My girlfriend loves elephants, we drove all the way from East Tennessee (4 hours) and loved it. We had a ball, I work at a safari back in Tennessee and thought that the animals were taken well care of, the staff was absolutely great. They got out the tiger for us so we could see it. I would recommend this place to anyone, the 4 hour drive was definitely worth it. Great experience.
  • I absolutely loved every minute of the Natural Bridge Zoo. The staff was wonderful and at times stopped to give us endless backstory on the animals. The animals are very well taken care of and I will most definitely be sharing my experience with others. Also, the elephant was BEAUTIFUL!
  • This is a great Zoo to visit because you get a close up and personal experience with the animals. You can even ride an elephant how much better does it get. The staff was great with the animals the place was kept very nicely and it's in a beautiful area. Well worth the stop along the way.
  • I live in West Virginia and don't live too far from this place. I've been once when I was younger and am absolutely disgusted. These people abuse the animals that live in this hell hole and NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Please for the love of all that is good do not support this place. Do not go. If you love animals please avoid this zoo. It is absolutely aweful.
  • Staff was friendly. The animals seemed well tended. The staff is kind and friendly. I saw no evidence of abuse.
