Where to stay in Nashville

Stay in downtown, midtown, the west end, or near Vanderbilt to be at the center of it all in Nashville. You'll find plenty of boutique hotels and major chains in all of these areas, which give you great access to the downtown music scene and beyond. While you can find a bit of everything in downtown Nashville, from larger hotels to apartment rentals, keep in mind that more affordable, and often quainter, options are located further from Broadway. Travelers looking to spend most of their time at the Grand Ole Opry should consider accommodations in the Opryland or Music Valley area near the airport.

  • I really like this place. Very nice vibe, lively, friendly cheerful staff and people, good food and good beer (and they have wine), pleasant surroundings, nice music. The one drawback is that when they run the credit card you are given three options: 20% tip, 25% tip, or "custom amount". This really is a turn-off. I'm glad to give a good tip, but I do not like being pushed, particularly with 20% as the minimum tip. Particularly since you have to go to the counter to order, so it's not like they are doing a lot of work. Also, you are tipping before you have been served or received the food / beer. Also, parking is an issue.
  • Came here with my husband and teen daughter. My husband really enjoyed the beers. We sat outside on the lower patio which had a really nice vibe. We had a vegetable plate to share and it was a bit awkward. Some of the vegetables were a mystery to me and the sauce they came with was odd tasting. It definitely was not worth $12. One of the best parts of the experience was the music. Lots of Bruce Springsteen. Some deep tracks. So that was great.
  • Really nice people. Their facility is top notch as well. I attended a trivia night here and I was impressed with the bar area. There's a downstairs bar and an upstairs bar and both serve a handful of Tennessee Brew Works beers on tap. Most of their beer is pretty hoppy though so if you're not a fan of that, you may want to go elsewhere. This is a great place to host events.
  • Excellent tour & beer! When you visit Nashville, you need to stop here and take the tour! They have nice indoor and outdoor seating.
  • this place gets a 5 for the building and vibe. music often. Their beer though is pretty lacking but drinkable.
