  • I've only ever shot guns on 2 other occasions besides this time with these guys. They're definitely different in their approach. Most place I've been to have been very touristy in which they don't let...  read more »
  • Went there for an afternoon of shooting. It was good. It was a little expensive compared to other ranges I've been to in other states, but it was fun. The place is very clean and very well organized a...  read more »
  • Very funny and very clever people. We tried 3 different weapons and got good help when we needed it. A bit expensive, but that's it. Highly recommended!

  • I was a member here when they first opened. I enjoyed having a membership, but because they had so many new members they raised the membership costs so high I couldn't stay there. This speaks volumes to the kind of faculty they are. I know a lot of people say you should support your local gun shop but this place is making money hand over fist. So I try to help other shops that aren't trying to price gouge. The main gripe I have with this facility is their policy on $8 charges for every bullet above a line on the cardboard. I don't mind this rule as they have to maintain the control arms from being damaged. But I did this once and was shocked to find out that certain employees would charge and certain employees wouldn't. I feel like the employees should adhere to all the rules and not let certain people not pay. Also. The service here is pretty bad. When trying to purchase a gun one employee was very condescending about stuff that didn't even pertain to handguns. I was very offended. I'd rather spend my money with a gun shop that respects me and my questions.
  • THE WORST & WAY OVER PRICED! at range a lane is $20, but only for an hour! This place is out for your money! Needs new management! Will Charge you for everything they possibly can! Do NOT Go HERE! Anywhere else is better! THE WORST PLACE IN TN! The sales men side seemed nice~ Craig i think, with the beard! The range people are HORRIBLE that rent out the guns and lanes just HORRIBLE! Especially the greyed-haired B**** who constantly talked over the guy who was helping us! Which is the reason why WE DID NOT KNOW we would be charged $25 dollars EACH TIME we hit the carrier and $8 each time the backers (cardboard that they tape over when hit) hit! No other range charges these fees! Which is fine for me but my fiancé is still learning and already has a hard time! This rude OLD terrible women kept interrupting the guy who was telling us the rules! She was too concerned about us apparently trying to steal a carrying case for our shotgun! Its state law now that when entering a building with a shotgun it has to be in a case! So as soon as we walked in without one a nice man walked up to give us a rental case while we were there! We wanted to look at shotgun cases knowing we need one so a sales manshowed us and we just glanced at them because we wanted to use the range first any ways! We then headed over to rent our lanes! Which is when a man tried explaining the rules while the old lady kept interrupting the guy helping us! She was freaking saying that we needed to give her our driver's license for the rental case! Seriously thinking were trying to steal this case even though we didn't shoot at the range yet! Every time this guy opened his mouth this lady was talking over him interrupting everything he was saying! At the end of the hour was when we found out about the charges! Which again the guy was explaining cause we didn't know the lady continued to interrupt! I finally had to tell her that we were talking to him and would appreciate if she just helped her customer not to interrupt him! This place needs new management and to educate their associates who are helping customers so someone isn't consistently being talked over! We left paying fines we didn't know about due to their pos associates! There isn't anything special about this place other than its way over priced!I can't believe they allow this from their associates! I spend about $25,000 on ammo and new guns alone but I won't be returning ever!
  • As a total gun newbie, I had an amazing experience at the range! The range staff (Oliver) took plenty of time to explain all the basics but also went over and above answering all my questions. He really made my first experience a great one!
  • Made numerous purchases here and I've always been happy with the service and pricing. Range is quite nice to have during the winter months. Do wish prices on ammo were better but hey they have overhead.
  • I love this place. I'm new to gun ownership. I purchased my first gun here and my most recent gun. As such I require a bit more hand holding than more seasoned customers. The staff here never hesitates to take great care of me. They have always been patient and knowledgable. For the most part the prices on the guns are great (if I really hunt all over the internet I might find a gun $20-$40 cheaper but by the time I pay to ship and transfer it what's the point) the accessories are stacked deep and the staff is very helpful. Okay so the range rates are a little high but I've never seen a nicer range and if you join as a member (which can be done for as little as $40 a month when paid yearly) there is no range fee and up to 3 of your friends can join on your lane for free, you even get 10% off classes. If you shoot twice a month it pays for itself. I have checked out their competitors and few come close.
