  • I thought 26$ to park was a little too much! We just wanted to visit the hotel and conservatory and eat brunch but we were scared off because of the parking fee.  more »
  • The river ride was short and a little expensive for what it was, but it was interesting and our guide had many fun facts. As someone said, it was like a maze while walking it (and great exercise!!) so...  more »
  • The atrium is gorgeous and there are so many different areas of the resort to explore! I enjoyed having so many food options within the one building. Even though I did get lost a few times.  more »

  • Stayed November 4-8, 2016 Very nice rooms stayed with a balcony overlooking atrium in the Cascades section beautiful place to stay. Great conference room facilities. But, restaurants were only half open long lines Limited waitstaff and food was substandard with very high prices. Many times we had to go off site to even find a place to eat. Luckily we had driven to the facility. It's a $25 taxi ride into town to get to a decent restaurant. Never saw one security staff on the whole property during our entire stay. Understand several cars were broken into in the parking lot on Saturday night. My rating is due to the poor restaurant quality, selection and hours.
  • This place is absolutely amazing! The inside is so big that you feel like you entered an entire new world. Right when you walk in you are greeted with a perfect very low level of humidity that comes from all the plants and water features all over the resort. There is plenty to do at this place, and I would definitely come back to stay here in the future
  • Beautiful place to walk around and explore. Always clean & looks very elegant. Didn't stay in rooms, just visited. Gaylord resorts are outstanding places to explore.
  • The decorations were spectacular all around the hotel! Always love coming here. Ate at the Mexican cantina and the food (especially the fajitas for two special) was delicious. Strong margaritas too! Would definitely recommend eating there.
