  • This is a huge complex which can house nearly 3000 guests. There are a few zones which have waterfalls, fountains and gardens to add to the atmosphere of the hotel. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the G...  read more »

  • I came with my children for the 'The Jungle Book' theme and "summer fest" experience. This resort was absolutely whimsical and I left with fanciful family memories. Some takeaways are: Great for small children and couples -- not much entertainment for teenagers to enjoy other than the (3) pools, which close between 9-10PM for all children & adults, and arcade/gaming facility which is open 24/7. Both the hoel tour and delta riverboat ride will offer visitors many stories and historic background of the property. I will most certainly return for their Christmas theme.
  • Staff is always professional and courteous. Very willing to help. Food is good. Pricey but expected. Rooms in the Garden are wonderfully comfortable. Only complaint is the distance between bus parking and the hotel. Wish they had a shuttle that ran when needed.
  • The service in the restaurants is worse than poor. The cost to eat is astronomical. A good breakfast is out of the question. Easily lost when trying to find a specific area of the resort because it is so huge with very little directions. Rooms very far from everything. I have trouble walking and tire easily with very few places to sit and rest along the way the distances seem even further away. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the atriums were beautiful and well kept.
  • Very cool place. I hate country music, so I prejudged the whole place, but it was way better than any hotel I've been in. Much nicer than any Disney Resort. It had a cool river and plant life in the center of all the hotel rooms. The plant life took up a huge space! There was also a little village, with a very fun Karaoke CD making machine. Very regal, well maintained, and just overall cool.
  • one of my favorite places! it's so beautiful and relaxing. plenty of stuff to do in the hotel itself. I have recommended this location many times and will continue to do so.
