  • I recently went to visit to check a vehicle we have been looking for which they had. I was already pre approved by my bank so we went there. Service was very courteous and they really took good care of us while we were there. Then it came to prices. They have a $1000 "tint" that they added over the price of the vehicle that I really didn't need or want. When I raised this issue the person told me they couldn't do anything about it because that's done as soon as it arrives from the factory by the dealer employees. They lowered the price on it a bit so it wasn't a deal breaker but it left a little bit of a sour taste that they would force their customers into something they really haven't asked for. I was going to walk out on the deal until they said they could actually try and give me 0% financing. I specifically mentioned I would try it but that I would not want to have excessive inquiries on my credit because I already had the one at my bank and didn't want to add another one unless it was a sure thing. Eventually we decided to give it a go. Expecting to get hit with another inquiry on my credit which is totally justified. Almost two weeks in I'm checking my credit report and there's not one but 2 extra inquiries on my credit report one from Nissan Finance and the other one from Downtown Nashville Nissan knocking my score a substantial amount of points. I was actually in the process of writing a better review until I saw that alert on my phone. If I had known they'd do that I would not have taken that vehicle. If you don't care much about your credit score then at least you'll be treated well while you're there in my experience. But I'm sorely disappointed they went and affected my credit with an unnecessary query that will probably stay on my record for 2 years for no reason or explanation at least.
  • Dear Nissan Premises: 25 Vantage Way, Nashville I wish to make you aware that noise from [car alarms] at the above premises is disturbing my family to such an extent that it is affecting the enjoyment of our home. Specifically, the car alarm every time a dealer walk outside the parking lot In view of this, I would be grateful if you could solve the issue . If there is no improvement after two weeks from the date of this letter, or a course of action to deal with the noise problem has not been agreed, I will have no option but to involve the Environmental Health & Licensing Division at Elmbridge Borough Council to see what my options are for dealing with this matter more formally.   • My 21yr old daughter brought her car here for an oil change recently. The service department can't back and quoted her over $650 dollars worth of work they say she needed, including new brake pads. I told her to get a quote, which ended up being a slew of items scrawled on a scratch piece of paper (very unprofessional compared to quotes I have recieved at other shops. Interestingly enough, when I checked the pads the next day they had hardly any wear on them. Additionally, the usual garage I go to said most of the items they claimed needed work, in fact, did not. I will NOT be bringing any of my four cars here for work. Completely distrust these guys after they attempted to rob my daughter for work that did not need done.
  • I've never felt compelled to write a review online for anything, whether good or bad. Well, here is my first one. Made an appointment over the phone to have some work done to my vehicle only to get there and find I wasn't even scheduled and was not in the system. Minor annoyance but they decide to take me. No problem right? I tell the lazy disinterested service guy what I want done. I had an idea of what should be fixed/replaced being that the trouble areas were noted by another dealership. At that time I declined the repair and would have done at a later time being that they weren't critical. I became further annoyed at the way the service guy kept looking at me as if I were stupid. I was quoted 2 separate diagnosis fees totaling $250. TWO. Really? Not doing it. Why? I'm telling them what I want done. I wanted to give this establishment another chance after I left in disgust after they quoted me a $7000 (YES seven THOUSAND) repair bill a few years ago. They are close to my employer and home so it's very convenient to go here. I am totally done. I will gladly spend time in traffic and drive across town to some other shop to avoid being gouged. GREED seems to be the problem here. They won't get another dime from me. Not even for a measly oil change.
  • In regards to the service department...They are very nice and honest in my opinion. They offered me a $100 coupon on my service and explained to me all of the charges. On the list of about 10 problems with my 06 Altima, they assured me that only 5 of them were necessary to make the car's engine run smoothly again. They did not pressure me to get the extra fixes done at that time. Furthermore they held my car in their lot for nearly 2 weeks without any extra charges because I was waiting on my paycheck. I can see why people have complaints for having to wait, but they are people too and it is just a very busy place with a lot of customers. UPDATE!!!!!! My car is having the same sputtering issues as it did before I paid 1200! I'm very annoyed and feel cheated
