  • A friendly and safe feeling downtown. Lot of new architecture mixed with the historic. Many tourist locations are close to the main core.
  • There was few places to park and parking cost around $26. The food places were good. There wasn't a whole ton to do but eat.
  • Did a lot of walking around just checking things out. To many bars and not enough novelty shops after 6:00 PM Carriage ride was nice.

  • The test drive, sales, discussing options and determining the best finance option during the buying of a new car was professional and with no pressure. Jim is very knowledgable about the vehicle and the financing options available. He was very good about answering questions directly during and after the test drive. The vehicle was delivered on time and with the options agreed to installed and fully working. An overall positive car buying experience.
  • Bought a car from them end of July 2016. I live in Ga but wanted Altima coupe. Sales man was okay kind of felt like he thought we were kids and couldn't buy anything. But I really wanted this car so I put up with his stand off behavior. Bought the car tried to negotiate price soundly budge except for car defect on trunk and 200$ off. Made me buy it certified and assured me it went through 196 point inspection drove perfect brand new everything new they assured me. Drove it home that day and mid September having had it not even two months brakes start making grinding noises. Take it in to my local Nissan they tell me my rotors are shot and I need all new brakes pads and says I waited too long to bring it in and when I told him I had only had the car for barely two months, they were shocked and said no they definitely didn't do a full inspection. So not only did I have to buy new brakes pads and rotors but had to replace axle caps and engine mount which was supposed to be covered under my warranty only to find out that Nashville hadn't changed it over to my name. Then had to wait for Nashville to change the warranty to be in my name. A day later they call and say it's done and that the new manager in finance didn't know he had to change the warranty.400$ later not a happy customer and if considering Nashville Nissan Do Not Buy A Used Car!
  • I've never felt compelled to write a review online for anything, whether good or bad. Well, here is my first one. Made an appointment over the phone to have some work done to my vehicle only to get there and find I wasn't even scheduled and was not in the system. Minor annoyance but they decide to take me. No problem right? I tell the lazy disinterested service guy what I want done. I had an idea of what should be fixed/replaced being that the trouble areas were noted by another dealership. At that time I declined the repair and would have done at a later time being that they weren't critical. I became further annoyed at the way the service guy kept looking at me as if I were stupid. I was quoted 2 separate diagnosis fees totaling $250. TWO. Really? Not doing it. Why? I'm telling them what I want done. I wanted to give this establishment another chance after I left in disgust after they quoted me a $7000 (YES seven THOUSAND) repair bill a few years ago. They are close to my employer and home so it's very convenient to go here. I am totally done. I will gladly spend time in traffic and drive across town to some other shop to avoid being gouged. GREED seems to be the problem here. They won't get another dime from me. Not even for a measly oil change.
  • Had a great experience with my salesman, Michael Smith. They found the car I wanted, at the price and deal I wanted. Didn't waste my time, either with nonsense. Won't hesitate to come back here if I want another Nissan!
  • I was convinced I was going to have to travel out of state to find a commercial van. Derrick Anderson had several vehicles that met the requirements I had. I found the vehicle I wanted with the options I needed at a price that was fair. This is probably the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had, I will certainly recommend Derrick and Downtown Nashville Nissan to anyone looking for a commercial truck or any other vehicle.
