  • Loved this site, really want to go back. Went for a business function so didn't have time to walk around as much as I would have liked. Very large, very quiet, tons of birds. Was really hot the day I went. I would love to go back on a cooler day and be able to walk around, look around and enjoy the super quiet.
  • A great way to learn part of American history. The museum is very well done. The grounds were beautiful; my wife and I would've loved to explore more but our young kids started to lose steam after about 90 minutes.
  • A historical site of an American President with so many "achievements" that some people would appreciate but definitely not the others. Besides the museum, make sure to take on the relaxing trails also.
  • The Hermitage is a great example of a home built in the era before the civil war. With the tour of President Jackson's home you will learn about the man that was a President, Senator, General and even a Military Governor of Florida. You will learn how he lived his life outside of politics and how he ran his plantation. Lots of history here and a great tour it's a must do in Nashville.
  • Had our wedding at the cabin by the spring. A quaint setting with rich history and backdrop was the perfect setting for a perfect day.
