Staff going out of their way to accommodate us on a weekend where hurricane Matthew has shut down the east coast. 4 weddings plus a bunch of refugees.
Hotel muito agradável.Acho que um dos poucos hotéis em Naples que é pé na areia. Os quartos são espaçosos e arejados. A decoração dos quartos é despojada e bem em estilo litorâneo. Limpeza dos quartos... read more »Very nice hotel. I think one of the few hotels in Naples that is standing in the sand. The rooms are spacious and airy. The decoration of the rooms is clean and well in coastal style. Cleaning of the rooms ok. The view is wonderful with one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen!! Nice pool and straight on the beach. I really enjoyed!!show original
From golf to beach to dinner to cocktails this is the most romantic and casual club in all of Naples. The sunsets are awesome, of course. The service is outstanding, from the valet to the servers. Tha... read more »
The property was easy to access and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. The restaurant where we had dinner overlooked the Gulf. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and the sunset over the Gulf while we had dinner was gorgeous. After dinner there were pleasant areas to sit and enjoy which were outside. Wonderful experience.
I went to the Naples beach hotel and golf club to have a drink with my family after church. We were greeted with smiles by a beautiful man and led promptly, but with out pomp, to our table. Our server, Janine, was helpful and kind. I ordered a beer, so not really reviewable on that front. Everything and everyone went well. Clean bathrooms clean glasses great staff.
Normally I do not leave reviews however after reading some of these negative comments, I feel like I owe it to the resort to leave a review. First, this is Naples, EVERYTHING is expensive, and not to mention this resort is on a beach....in Naples. So you should not be expecting anything to be "cheap." We got lucky and were able to upgrade our room to a direct Gulf View suite on the 4th floor of the main building and we were able to check in early at 2pm. I have zero complaints about the room. I was very pleasantly surprised. I loved the fact that our balcony was the length of the entire room AND they have privacy glass on the balconies which makes it nice for when you just want to wear a robe while having a smoke or drinking coffee on the balcony..wink wink. My wife loved the privacy glass so much that she actually laid out naked on the balcony to even out the tan lines. You could tell the room had been through a renovation as it didn't have that "old hotel" smell to it. The water pressure in the shower sucked though. You get a 3 out of 10 for that one. The room was absolutely worth the cost. However here is the kicker: I used Reward Points to book this room, then paid $100 to upgrade to the suite. So it being worth my cost, may not be the same for you if you are paying full price with no discount. Because I'm not sure I'd drop almost $400 on a night here. I'm not quite understanding why they don't just include Wifi Access in the cost of the room. I could understand if this were a cheap hotel and needed the extra revenue stream, but when people are paying $300 to $600+ then I don't see the need in charging them extra for Wifi. Just include the cost with the room. It makes you look desperate and cheap by not providing it as soon as I'm checked in. Also, this is a No Cooler Resort. Meaning you can't bring a cooler to the pools or on the premises with you. This is important to know UP FRONT before you book in my opinion. But what drove me absolutely insane was the cost of the drinks. I'm sorry, but there is NEVER a rum and coke that should cost or is worth $13. Or a Mojito that costs $13. Not to mention the serving size was equivalent to a 12oz coffee. This is my biggest complaint here, and really the only real complaint I have. So being that you couldn't have even a small cooler bag with you, I had no choice but to buy the first round of drinks and we kept the plastic cups and I kept going back to the room to make our own cocktails. Which really wasn't out of the way for us and was totally worth doing considering how many drinks we consumed. Had we just stuck to the pool bar, we would have easily ran up a $200 tab in about 3 hours. The food was great. Typical resort prices. $17 cheeseburger, $18 hot wings, $20 steak sandwich. You get the picture. What I will say is that if high drink prices and high food costs are a turn off to you, then this is not the place for you to stay. You always have the option of leaving the resort for food as everything is really close by if you know your way around that part of Naples. Overall I loved this place and would definitely stay here as opposed to spending the same money to stay on Ft Myers Beach. I loved that we got to check in early and they let us check out late. We spent money that we anticipated spending because this is not our first stay at a resort on a beach. If you have never stayed at a beach front resort, then do your homework before you book. Get to know what type of money you should anticipate spending. Expect that there will be expensive items in the gift shop. Look over the food menus of the restaurants. Inquire about drink prices. And to be honest, if you're complaining about the lack of cable channels, then you are on vacation for the WRONG reasons. If the tv channels are a make or break for you, then a vacation is not what you need. Just stay home. I thought the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We didn't run into any rude people at all.
Great on the hotel with a restaurant and bar on the beach. Both are pricey but it's one of the few in Naples that are actually on the white sand beach. Very popular with foreign tourists.
Rooms aren't nice. No microwave, most tv channels don't work, wifi isn't free etc. Bathrooms are too small. Spent extra for a room with a balcony and a gulf veiw....please see the pictures of what I got. I was far from the gulf, and yes I could see it, but I also saw the roof of the building in front of me which ruined my "view". The hotel was way too crowded...the "pools" were too tiny. The hot tub was the smallest I've ever seen. This hotel cost way too much for what you get. The staff are nice which is why I gave it 2 stars, and not one. Overall it was a huge disappointment, and I feel ripped off. I will never go back.
