Every year the Naples Botanical Garden adds new features that make it such a wonderful place. Certainly the focus is on tropical plants but there is so much more. Very well planned out. Nice Cafe for lunch. A birding tower that is just a few minutes walk and we always see wildlife. There are concerts many afternoons in a very nice location. At Christmas they have an evening light show that is well worth going to see. We always get an annual membership so we can go often. We just spent the morning at their annual flower show that was a big success. The garden has never looked better. Lots of new plantings and expansions. After Irma I was worried because so much was lost and the mostly two years of closures due to covid. But they have bounced back in a major way. We love going there. June is our favorite month to visit as everything is in bloom and the garden looks so lush. Also there are no crowds.
We loved it unfortunately we had no idea there would be closing so early so did not get to spend enough time. It's beautiful well maintained and they seem to be expanding. Can't wait to get back to that area to go visit again. Ate lunch and their cafeteria unique and delicious. Enjoy
Beautiful spot, a must see! Highly recommend the walking tour but plan on being a little early to sign up for them. They fill up quickly. The guide was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She answered several questions and tried to find the answers to those she didn't know. If you can, take your time walking through, we saw several birds, fish, lizards, grasshoppers....etc. They have a very diverse plant population to enjoy. Will definitely go back next time I come down to the area again.
Well after reading the reviews of how expensive it was I was prepared to find out that’s not the case at all. I heard complaints from everything to how expensive the ice cream was to how expensive the gift shop was none of it true. The ice cream was cheap if you think it’s expensive then you don’t live here and probably shouldn’t come the ice cream was cheaper then the state I come from and ice cream we have had in Naples. The bottle water was same. The gift shop was very inviting the very lovely woman tending the gift shop was a delight! The gift shop had every budget in mind from priced super well to expensive. Now of course if you feel in love with more expensive item and couldn’t afford it it’s price w all tastes in mind. I found it to be reasonable or even really reasonable for many items I purchased. Mosquitos not one bite our entire time there! Never had to use the bug spray we purchased. Now my review we were blown away at many of the beautiful gardens even got lost for a bit (oh so pretty) but all well worth or money and time. Everyone was super friendly and well knowledgeable about the garden even if it wasn’t there department! I found it just what we need for the day.❤️❤️ Great job for all the hard workers maintaining and working the Naples botanical gardens!
This garden is absolutely beautiful. The kids garden is wonderful and they always have some sort of activity ready for the little ones. The food in the cafes is a bit overpriced but overall very good. The plants are gorgeous. My favorite place is the Lee Asian Garden. If you want a quieter experience(some of the more cultivated gardens can get quite busy) I would recommend taking a walk in the Florida garden trail. The birding tower is a great place to just enjoy the view. Don't forget to bring plenty of water as the gardens can get quite hot in the summer.
