  • There are much better trampoline parks in the area. The trampolines here have no bounce left. They all need new springs. Sky zone by fox valley mall is shiny and new. You actually bounce when you're o...  more »
  • kids of all ages love trampolines, we enjoyed it but we are a little older. Recommend for kids and young adults to late twenties. had snack bar but not impressive novel experience if you are up to it  more »
  • Kids of all ages seem to love trampolines, after discovering Sky high, we've been there twice so far. Even tho it's an hour away, whenever we are in the area it's a "must stop." They offer plenty to d...  more »

  • The only thing that is cool about this place are the socks they give you. The staff that work there are very cranky they are just giving nasty looks it even gets to the point where they are yelling the rules at you I see the signs and I understand the rules I don't need a teenager yelling and telling me the rules I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO COME WHEN I WENT ALMOST ALL THE ACTIVITYS WERE CLOSED WE COULD ONLY GO ON 3 TRAMPOLINES WHICH IS VERY BORING NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY ITS ALWAYS EMPTY
  • Every time I come here, I have an amazing time. This has become a favorite spot for both my older teen daughter and my younger pre-teen. When it's rainy or cold sky high provides a great place to socialize and burn off some energy. Most of the time, we start off with an hour of jumping and then if we find we want to stay, we pay for more time. I haven't had a ton of interaction with the staff but the front desk has generally been very helpful and polite. This is a brilliant spot for all ages.
  • It's a fun place. Don't get me wrong. But, every one is so rude! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life. I am an adult. I have clearly read the rules and was doing my best to follow them. I don't need four 16 year olds constantly coming up to me and telling me that there are children around. I know I can see them! I was always mindful of the children, but the hateful looks we got from the staff was unbelievably rude. If you have a problem with working and don't like your job, don't work there but don't take it or on your customers. The biggest thing that upset me was that I tried to take a break for a few seconds on the trampoline and was rushed by a 17 year old manager who told me to get up. Like I was a child. When we get the course, we always got nasty looks from the teen who was supervising. At some point, I was honestly tired of being judged by them and was no longer having any fun. I would have left sooner if it was not for my fiance who kept telling me to ignore the staff and have fun. I may return to this place only for the activities. Hopefully, the staff isn't so crabby and rude at an earlier time during the day.
  • We have been going here for some time. My kids love it and almost always have a great time. However it is a haul for us to get here so when I call during business hours (a half an hour before closing time) to see if your newly advertised ninja course is open( as it said in the advertisement it would be open this weekend) it would be helpful to have my call answered... driving 45 minutes to get there to have my kids bummed out that what we came for is not open is frustrating. An update to the website would also solve this problem but alas it just says sometime in late December. ..
  • The trampolines are HORRIBLE and old and have NO BOUNCE at all. This place is very CRAMMED and SOOOOO SMALL. I hate this place and I'm not going there again. Don't try it. Waste of money and time.
