  • Attended a birthday party here the other day. Driving up you noticed that the parking lot was poorly kept, when you walk into the front door there are pothole sized holes in the front of the "children...  read more »

  • We went for a birthday party. I knew when I saw how terribly maintained the parking lot is, we were in for trouble. The air conditioning was BROKEN. It was horribly hot, I only saw 2 fans, one was tur...  read more »
  • so trashy and very poorly maintained. literally trash on he floors no staff to clean up. half the games dont work. adults have to wear socks in kids play area whice is stupid and then expect you to go to bathroom with no shoes! unless you walk out of the play area! and bathrooms are not cleaned either so disgusting really needs to a heath hazard. a game had cut my sterling sliver wedding ring and they could care less they just put electrical tape over the handle bar that cut my ring . no apology no offer to pay for my ring not discount no refund nothing ! worst place it needs to be shut down! all the games are very very old and like i said most dont even work
  • Well, traveling over an hour to get here...after looking and seeing open until 10pm on 2 seperated pages for Friday night, we drove out. We thought we would have 2 hrs of play in Adventure. WRONG. 45 min by the time we waited at the concession stand for people to order food, (ticket booth never open) get our tickets & run to the back to go play. I paid $26.00 for 3 kids for 45 min. The more I thought about it, the more mad I got. I approached the manager & showed her my phone & asked her where it said 9pm. She said it is under where you click on the Adventure link. Just said sorry. Walked away. Such BS. I did look & saw it at the very bottom. Very deceiving. I have brought my Son here since he was a toddler, and our out of town Nephews. Way to ruin it for them. We are no longer going to spend out money here. For as long as we have been coming...I will spread my thoughts to others.
  • Really?? Don't know where to start. Parking lot doesn't feel safe from the moment you arrive and it's filthy inside and out. Broken down games and rides, very unpleasant workers. The entire place just feels sad....They need to redo the entire place or tear it down. Believe the bad reviews, they are all true!
  • If I could give less than one start I would. Reading these reviews I'm wondering if these people are confusing the Naperville location with the one in Tinkey Park. The two are like night and day. Naperville is so run down and falling apart on the outside as well as inside. I have a 5 and 7 year old and I got my money back. The place is so run down and out dated and more than half the games don't work. There is NOTHING outside. So disappointing compared to the Tinley location where they have fun things to do outside for all ages. Stay away from this Naperville location! The Tinley location is definitely worth the drive!!!
  • AWESOME! food was great but the place could use some cleaning... I went there they had the rock-a-fire explosion I wish they would play the show more :( but I under stand Y'know wear and tear, (they acctully play the show when ever you ask) and when the show was built most of the parts where made of plastic so the show breaks easy, I bet it would work great if the show was built better. But that's not Odyssey Fun World's fault, and they didn't buy a cheap show either! Their show costed $150,000! most of the games looked fine to me prizes looked like a kid would love them! But the place was massive! Also they say tokens are expensive, while that's not true. Four tokens costs 1 dollar where at Chuck E. Cheese it's about 1 dollar for 3 tokens, but most of the games at Odyssey Fun World do take more than one token. The staff was extremely friendly, even after asking them to play the animatronic show a million times, they weren't the slightest bit bothered! Also there's Tons of running room to help your kids get rid of their energy. My recommendations to the company would be: clean the place, fix animatronics, fix broken games (the games work great now), fix the tubes (they fixed those) and thats it! I am defiantly coming back lots of fun looks like a great place for B-Days.
