  • Great property and gorgeous views. Good wine and friendly staff. It CAN be very busy and touristy because it is on Silverado and no appointment is needed.
  • Beautiful property with gorgeous views. Wines from the reserve list are wonderful, particularly their Chardonnay and SLV Cabernet. The place is quite busy on the weekends. We waited for 25 minutes for our tasting slot. Staff are very friendly and courteous.
  • If you are looking for something special without the crowds that are always present at other wineries, this is the place to go. It is an experience that makes you feel like you are enjoying something special. Our tour guide Bonnie was awesome! Well worth the price!
  • An incredible location is the setting for an intimate tour of the grounds and several wines!
  • Don't confuse this with Stag's Leap - the difference is where the apostrophe is, and Stags' Leap was awesome! Very rich history as explained by our tour guide with some good wines along the way. We ended up shipping 2 of their bottles back home.

Where to stay in Napa

To explore North America's largest wine-growing region and remain close to fine dining and shopping, consider staying at a bed and breakfast located in downtown Napa. Many centrally located inns offer spacious rooms with fireplaces, free Wi-Fi, and on-site swimming pools. If you don't mind splurging, consider staying at one of the wine valley's lavishly furnished villas, many of which feature private lakes and access to a network of scenic hiking trails. You can also go all out at a luxury resort located in a picturesque vineyard setting.
