  • It was a nice wide layout that was driver-friendly as you would expect for a John Daly course, but no sense in giving a review since it is now closed :(
  • One of the best pure golf courses in the Grand Strand. Just too bad it is closing forever sept. 2015. It will be missed by hackers everywhere.
  • I have always loved playing this course. It is in great shape now. Greens are typical of the area courses, hard, and sanded, but I found they putt true. I thought the holes were interesting and fun. I don't want to lose a dozen balls during the round due to narrow fairways and unplayable rough. That wont happen here. As one reviewer said, the course is fairly short from the whites. I may play back one level if i get a chance to play again, before it closes for good in mid September. Staff was great. The starter let my wife and I tee off last, as a twosome for the morning session, which took the pressure off of her as a golf newbie. The Marshall was around checking on play, there was a beverage cart on the front 9. It came by us 4 times in 9 holes. Didn't see it on the back though. Really great deals on stuff in the clubhouse. My wife and I each came home with a Wicked Stick shirt...soon to be a rarity.
  • Course in good shape. Greens are below average. Driving range is irons only on a Daly course! Had to buy beer at the clubhouse because no beverage cart. This is a Friday by the way. Beer comes in plastic bags which made beer warm by hole 8. No marshals out today. Back nine was 3 hours with older guys holding up the course.
  • Great course one of the best at Myrtle Beach in my opinion.
  • Long course, pot bunkers, Scottish design. The only reason no 5th star is the putting green. Last times I came no real holes. Other than that, great course!
  • Loved it & Love my home course! GRIP IT & RIP IT!
