Sadly, this course has closed. Unfortunate, it was a cool Robert Trent Jones course with a gondola ride over the ICW to the clubhouse.  more »

Very unique place with the gondola ride across the waterway. I was surprised to see that it has been closed, so take it off your list for future visits.  more »

Played at Waterway Hills Golf Club Mar. 23rd during our trip down to Myrtle Beach for my daughters spring break. Enjoyed the tram ride over the inland waterway. Thought that was very unique and unexpected. The day was rainy and drab but the course was beautiful. I played the Ravine course and the Oaks course. The fairways were lush and green a very welcome sight compared to Michigan's golf course's for that time of year. The fairways were kind of tight or narrow so hitting the ball straight off the tee is pretty much a must. Some standing water due to the rain but overall very nice. Plenty of bunkers and water to make the play that much more interesting. The greens were very fast so I had some trouble getting the speed right for my putting. The greens were also not very flat which I like. The staff were very friendly and polite. They meet you at your car and load your clubs on and off the tram. Overall I really enjoyed this course and can't wait to get back there to play it in better weather. Thanks for a great time and experience.

Great course and value for the money. Played in the afternoon for a $28.50 round. Played with a junior which they allowed to play for free. They also offered junior tees at age appropriate yardages. I would definitely recommend it. Staff is very friendly and course was in a good condition. Great opportunity to play a Robert Trent Jones course and you can ride a tram across the intracoastal waterway to a round. Where else can you do that?

Great facility! Riding the tram across the waterway was pretty cool. Golf course was in good shape and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Thanks for a great time.
